Renovated in 2004, it is spread over two 6-storey buildings and comprises a total of 874 rooms, of which 15 are elegant suites and 126 are apartments. Guests are welcomed in the impressive, air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, 10 lifts, safes, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom. The hotel also has a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, shops, a hairdressing salon and a games room. Further facilities include a cosy cafe, 7 different bars, a nightclub, a theatre and 5 restaurants with non-smoking areas, 2 of which are air-conditioned. The hotel is ideal for business guests since it offers 4 well-equipped conference rooms. Additionally room, laundry and medical services are available. A playground and a kids' club (4-12 years) are located in the grounds. For guests arriving by car, there is a car park.

| Resort of this size just have two reception employee only. Likewise, when I booked requested that in addition to some rooms or on the same floor, but they gave me a room twin beds! In the floor and my friend they gave him room in another floor. |
