Room was amazing, i mean amazing for price! Flat screen TV, well decorated including mini bar with sink, many different mirrors, and very spacious room. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel is located just down the street from any store you can think of (huge mall and strip malls) as well as movie theater. Live music downstairs in the bar area as well. You cannot get a better deal for your money!

Great bar. Tiny uncomfortable bathroom. Nice public areas, fun bar on Saturday night; Sunday brunch looked great, but was too late for us so we only had the buffet breakfast, which was a little less than average; room was big, bed a little soft for my taste, bathroom was TINY and in need of upgrading. Property seemed clean, staff was friendly.

The Lodge at Woodcliff is a very nice hotel with above average rooms and facilities. Our room was comfortable, if not spacious, and we liked having the mini refigerator available to us. If you like to golf this hotel has it's own course. Conveniently located, surrounded by many dining and shopping choices this is an wonderful place to stay in while in the Rochester area.

Very nice hotel and spa.A deal on priceline. No coffee in lobby, expensive, not within walking distance of anything. Very nice hotel and spa especially if you were on business and want to play golf. My wife and I stayed here as a result of a Priceline bid which worked out fine and well priced through this process. I would not however stay here again as I liked to walk around shops etc. If you liked wanted a beautiful place with very nice rooms that was out of the way, this was the place. I had no bad comments about the hotel other than it was not my cup of tea. Also, I didn't understand why hotels of this caliber couldn't have coffee in the lobby.

Nice view, comfortable beds, refrigerator with separate sink. Really nice place at the top of a hill with friendly staff.

Beautiful location. We had to ask for an extra bar of soap (only one provided for two people).

Bed was very comfortable. Room had an odor to it. Staff was very courteous. Room was nice other than odor. Bathroom is dated.

The beautiful location with panoramic views from the restaurant/lounge. A beautiful location with walking paths and lovely facilities. A very nice gym and pool area, with a well-maintained whirlpool.

Location. Hotel is located in a wooded corporate setting. It seems to cater to a combination of spa goers and business clientele. Unfortunately my short stays do not allow me to sample much of what the hotel has to offer.

Older facility but meticulously maintained. Bathrooms somewhat dated. This resort was fantastic. The location is excellent and the service was great. The rooms are somewhat dated, fiberglass tub, shower head seemed 100 years old but it's obviously well maintained.

The hotel was clean, the fitness center was well equipped, the staff was friendly.

Excellent restaurant/view of the sunset. Cold gusty wind in the lobby. Very nice hotel, slightly dated yet comfortable and well appointed. Health club is great for business travelers, beds and linens are first class. Food is excellent, buta bit pricey. Very friendly staff. Very professional. You will enjoy it.

Semi remote location with very nice rooms. Excellent exercise facility. Free wireless. No free breakfast and paper not delivered to the room. Upscale rooms that were very clean. I found the exercise facility to be top rate. Front desk staff very helpful. I did not eat at the hotel but the menu was appealing.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The extra pillows had hair on them.

Nicely updated rooms, great bar with a beautiful fine art collection. Tiny bathrooms that haven't been updated in 25 years or more. Nice big room with a comfortable bed, nice work area, reliable free WiFi access and a tiny old bathroom. Odd. Public areas are very nice and the very nice bar features some gems from the owner's collection of fine artwork that are an unexpected delight.

Convenient, friendly, spa services available. Ugly in the pool area needs plants or something. I loved the location, the spa, rooms such as bathrooms need to be updated, they have refrigerators but no microwaves.
Date of Stay:

The rooms were comparable to a Courtyard or Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly, but the rooms are in need of complete revamping. The bathroom was almost oddly too small, as well as non descript.
