Disabled AccessBooked a trip for my parents, both of which are disabled and found the hotel very, very accommodating. Excellent facillities and access was not a problem at all. If they were alone the amount of doors might have been a problem but this was the only negative.Excellent grounds, good pool and food was ok. Customer service was excellent and all staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, shame about the restaurant ManagerThis hotel is certainly worth a visit. You would struggle to find better. The rooms are nicely furnished. The only thing lacking for us was a safe.The food in the restaurant is superb. The down side is the customer care shown by the restaurant manager, very poor.

Woodbury Park HotelThe standard of the accommodation was good but was not matched by the standard of food, particularly the evening meal in the Atrium Restuarant which was very poor, with too much emphasis on sauces which were not of a good standard or well selected. The food in the more informal conservatory bar was adequate but the service was perfunctory and the staff gave the impression of wanting to close as soomn as possible (at 8.30pm). Overall the impression given by the hotel was of emphasis on large groups and golf which we felt should not have been the case for a four star hotel. We also booked a room with a double bed on Laterooms but on arrival we were informed that only rooms with twin beds were available. The hotel blamed Laterooms for not informing us of this possibility.

StandardThe hotel was quite ordinary and the construction gave it a prefabricated feel which lacked character. The staff were friendly enough, although seemed over streatched (only one receptionist) during check-out, which resulted in a 10-minute wait.

Good hotel, but there's no satisfying some people.........I enjoyed my stay here ~ it's quiet rural location, and Woodbury Heath is just s few yards over the ridge. The Restaurant itself is remarkable, a high and spacious skylit room, carefully decorated. Service is good without intrusive fuss.I was astonished to see some of the weak reviews given to this venue, as I thought the pics on LateRooms didn't quite do justice to what you were going to get on arrival.

Asked for a quiet room.......Got one the other side of a set of swing doors to the reception so there was a steady stream of traffic through the corridor with people in high spirits between about 10pm and 4am and the usual door slamming and yelling that then followed. Also everytime the automatic doors to the outside world opened and closed you could hear that. Rooms could have benefited from a bit more soundproofing - especially given how quiet the location was.Other than that the room was good - plenty of hot water for the bath. Felt given the cost it was a bit mean to charge for movies on the TV and also for internet access (Not sure the internet would have worked well as the signal was a bit flaky in the room)Gym and swimming pool clean and in good condition.Good service in the restaurant (we had breakfast there) -- if something had run out it seemed to get replenished quickly. No problem with getting more tea or toast.

good dealthe deal I got for dinner, bed and breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very quiet, but service was good, and the food excellent.I didn't try the leisure facilities as I wasn't well but I'm sure they are great.Only downside for me is that this was a bit in the middle of nowhere and as I don't drive taxi's were an added cost.

Food was excellent but expensive, thankfully I got a room rate of £115 which included breakfast and an allowance of £29.95 against the evening meal..Dinning room lacked atmosphere and the check out only had one member of staff which caused a delay. The hotel is in great countryside and I would recommend.

The most uncomfortable beds I have ever stayed in. 4 star hotel!!They did change our room after 2 nights but they gave us a smaller one and bed still uncomfortable, Staff were excellent. Our LateRooms booking stated that if rooms were available we would get a room upgrade. The hotelwas almost empty but they did not offer upgrade.

The room was very clean but sadly nobody had thought to put the heating on prior to our stay but it was very easy to find the radiator controls

Terrific value for money. The late rooms deal at £69.00 for bed and breakfast was excellent. The food in the restaurant was good and service quck and efficient. The restaurant is in an atrium which although it is very dramatic makes the restaurant feel slightly cold and clinical. The bar man was a good salesman convincing me that an extra pint would help to enjoyn tyhe football being shown.

Quiet location, lovely views, disappointing hotelI stayed at this hotel on my birthday, in order to attend a conference the following day, and booked an ungrade. The location is peaceful with lovely views, but the hotel itself is the usual disappointment common with UK hotels, and not worth the upgrade. Everything is a bit too much bother, the rooms are dull, beige and masculine, and nothing works properly. Points in its favour are the balconies, the quiet, and the leisure facilities (the pool is more chlorine than water however).

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and can honestly say that I have only had one bad experience; my room had an unexplained dripping sound coming from within the walls, but reception moved me as soon as I notified them to another room with no hesitation.As I understand the rooms are being refurbished currently, which will be fantastic as I didn't think they were dated in the first place! The staff are always friendly and efficient, and have always been helpful to me.The food is fantastic, apparently they source food from local sources which is always a good thing, and I am yet to have a bad meal there.Leisure facilities are also very good.Will continue to use, and recommend.

Customer service was excellent - the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly new and well laid out. Nothing to criticise, except for the awful computerised piano which was playing constantly in the restaurant and bar.
