The Wintergreen Resort is set on 11,000 acres of land on the slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountain. The property is near several sites like The Blue Ridge Parkway, Frontier Culture Museum, Oak Ridge Estate, Poplar Forest and the Appomattox Courthouse. What transport is available to get around?: We have transportation on the resort, but not in the valley. Richmond is the closest international airport about 2 hours away. Also, Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport is 45 minutes from Wintergreen.
What can I do nearby?: The Edge Restaurant has music on Friday and Saturday nights. We also have the Wintergarden Spa and Aquatic Center for swimming, spa, massage, etc.
