This hotel is in an easy access location just off I80. The room had a TV with video game option, iron and board, hair dryer, toiletries, comfortable bed with extra pillows and quality linens. The carpet was frayed at the threshold into the bathroom but otherwise showed no signs of wear. The breakfast buffet was better than most, offering the usual stuff plus waffles and either eggs and sausage or biscuits and gravy. There is an indoor pool and an exercise room with mostly treadmills and stepper machines, no weights. Overall it's a great place to stay in an area that feels safe.

Surprised when we arrived at the service, the size of the rooms, the workout facility, and the continental breakfast. All were excellent. Highly recommended!

The Wingate by Wyndham Tinley Park was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and comforters, lots of pillows, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, free WiFi and free breakfast all at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. What more could we want?

Staffwas very polite andhelpful; facilities very clean /comfortable; great breakfast. The location was convenient for acess to major roads. The town was clean and gave a feeling of being a safe place which helped us feel relaxed. Food and gas was easily avaiable.

I arranged a two night stay and checked in without difficulty. They also took my credit card imprint. Next morning, I left early to do my business. I came back in evening, and entered room with my electronic door key. I found my luggage and unpacked belongings missing. At the front desk I was told I had "done an early check out" and they had my suitcase and clothes in the office. My food in the refrigerator was tossed out. The office could not explain why I had been moved out. Why my electronic key still worked was not explained. They did refund me $1.25 for a soft drink tossed from the fridge. No manager was available to talk to me. The next day as I left the desk clerk refused to provide me with a receipt of my stay with zero balance ? he told me I "had the Tonline travel website receipt" and did not need anything more. Worse than them checking me out and removing my stuff without explanation, they do not change keys when people check out. My second night, I barricaded the door to be sure no one else came into the room. Also I was missing a glove which may have disappeared when they packed my stuff to remove me from the room. There was no offer to honor their satisfaction guarantee either. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!

Comfy beds. Limited movie selection; no sofa in king rooms. I would rate this solid 2-star. Long wait to check in; apparently it was prom night and a soccer tournament in town. Overall clean, but very basic-looking. Fairly good experience.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us as their guests We had a wonderful stay. It was located right off of the interstate and only a few blocks from a Metra train station that took us into Chicago. It was a very pleasing and enjoyable stay.
