The first night we were there, the a/c in our room was half way working. Our room was right over the pool, and it was so noisy, we could not go to sleep. They changed our room on the second night, but it was still right next to the pool. The staff was rude, and it seemed like they were doing us a favor anytime they helped us. There are no nice restaurants near the hotel, and the only food that can be delivered is pizza. However, the hotel is within a ten minute walking distance to Six Flags.

It was within walking distance of six flags and had a nice, free, continental breakfast. They only gave you two towels. Hotel was nice and allowed us to feel comfortable.

The Wingate was extremely nice. Even though my family and I were only there for one night, it was very clean, and the receptionist was friendly. The only down side to our stay was the hardness of our bed. My wife attributed it to us being accustomed our bed at home. Nonetheless, we'd probably stay there again if the price is right.

Excellent hotel for a family. There was a sense of security, and the room was clean. Although we did not go there, the hotel is right next to Six Flags. Be advised though. . . We stayed for 2 nights, but the room was not "made" for our second night. Also, the internet service that was advertised was never available. The hotel has an "okay" continental breakfast, but other dining options are limited at the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel being so close to Six Flags. We were able to walk to the park. That was great!!

The location to Six Flags and the breakfast were perfect! The dryers in the laundry did not dry at all. The location was great in relation to Six Flags. The breakfast in the morning was very good and very well stocked. We would use this hotel again if we were to go back to Six Flags. Especially with younger kids, it was nice to be able to go back to the hotel and change (it rained) and then go back to the park later in the day.

Great hotel, great location! Walking distance to Six Flags. Hotel was clean which is always the most important to me along with safety. Breakfast in the lobby was VERY CROWDED. Maybe they should re-think the whole make your own waffle idea. Takes too long and the line backs up into the buffet line. Food was average but at least you can get some breakfast before you head out for the day.

wow! the room was unbelievably clean and nicely furnished. would rate it four stars **** in a heartbeat. across the street from six flags with parking available, so you don't have to pay for parking at six flags. secure parking lot. nice, quite, and very comfortable....almost like home. would stay there again...and would recommend it to anyone who is planning a six flags trip. breakfest consisted of homemade waffles, eggs, sausage, bagles, toast, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee. this was truly a great experience.

Great place to stay if your planning a Six Flags trip. Breakfast in the morning and the walk to Six Flags is nice because you save on parking, etc. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. After a long day at Six Flags we relaxed in the hot tub and asked for recommendations for food delivery and were extremly pleased with their recommendation! We will definately stay here again and are already planning another trip! GOOD JOB!

It was conveniently located right next to six flags. The room wasn't quite as spacious as I had hoped. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little smaller than I was expecting. It had a coffee maker in the room, a safe, a microwave, free Wi-Fi, optional Nintendo (extra charge), movies (although over-priced). The free breakfast was pretty nice. It had waffles, bagels, english muffins, toast, a toaster for do-it-yourself toasting, a microwave, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage (although both were microwave patty style), breakfast pastries/danish, blueberry muffins, fruit, 3 kinds of juice, oatmeal, cold cereal and milk, and coffee. I saw three different people working the desk, and had no complaints, although they didn't knock my socks off either. Also, the hotel is located within walking distance to six flags, and they allowed us to remain parked there even after checkout, and gave us two parking passes because we had 2 cars, so we saved $30 right there.

Located right next to Six Flags Over Georgia. Parking for Six Flags is 10.00. Parking at hotel is free. If the purpose of your trip is to visit Six Flags, you would save 10.00. The rooms are very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Outstanding breakfast buffet in the lobby. Indoors hot tub. Good size pool. Great fitness center. Easy access to anywhere in Atlanta. Close to Interstate 20. This was one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. There is not a restaurant attached to the hotel, however, there are several restaurants within 3 miles of the hotel.

The hotel is at a great location if the primary purpose of your trip is to visit Six Flags; we could walk back to our room quiker than trying to find our vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was also only 15 minutes from any other major attraction, such as the aquarium, zoo, or coca-cola factory. Downfall, although we got a cheaper rate going through Orbitz, I was not impressed with the accomodations in the room for the price, especially when the hotels right next door were cheaper.

Breakfast. Great location if you are going to Six Flags. Less than a block away so you don't have to spend $15.00 to park there and your room is right there if you want to take a break. Great selection of restaurants within 10 miles of hotel.

This hotel provided everything we needed. It was in walking distance to Six Flags, saved us a 15 parking fee. We could leave the park, go to our room and go back to the park. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Our bed was so comfortable. The pool was very nice; we stayed in it for over 2 hours, then went to the hot tub to relax as a family. We will definately use this hotel for our Six Flags trip next year.

We went to Atlanta to visit a couple of museum exhibits. The Hotel was about 15 miles away from everything, which would have been great, but traffic was horrible. This is my only complaint (which the hotel cannot help). Otherwise this was a great hotel for the price. Six flags was not operating so there was not a crowd (a plus). Staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. All in all a great stay.

Closest to Six Flags. They did not clean our room while we were checked in. Overall a nice hotel, but for the money I expected my bed to be made and room cleaned. This did not happen. I did get extra towels, but it was only when I asked for them.

The Wingate was a very nice place to stay and we really loved the fact it was so close to Six Flags that we could walk. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. We will stay here again the next time we come to Atlanta.
