The staff people were great... Loved the stay - only issue was that on Saturday night, we had to leave early and there was a party going on till about midnight and the base from the music was to loud... Called twice, and staff was trying to help, but the people at the party were not very cooperative... But we loved the location and the service - the Breakfast was also excellent! Over all we enjoyed the stay! There just has to be a way to lower the base of the stereo... Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and helpful. The hotel was located in a easy access. It was very clean, has a complimentary breakfast, hot and cold. The staff was very nice and polite.

For the price I expected run of the mill but I got much more. The room appointments were beautiful and clean. The room was made to look like a more expensive accomodation. It had the flat screen, coffee maker, microwave, adjustable shower head, extra pillows, internet, extended shower curtain, sofa, desk...the works. Free buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Only complaint, the soggy mattress. Also, road construction outside makes finding the driveway difficult for now.

Desk clerk argued w/ a cabb ie before assisting his guests. I had no hot water. Upon my return I was told it was fixed but no explanation nor apology was offered for my inconvenience. Tried using the workout room but my key didnt work. After waiting 20 mins, they let me in instead of fixing my key so I could use it again later. There was a snow storm. I expressed my concern regarding the condition of the sidewalks which was ignored as the sidewalk was never cleared. Lastly, I had asked for the mgr. I was told there was none on duty and didnt offer to take a message.

We go to Chicago once a month to go to the temple- this was the nicest hotel we've stayed at thus far.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had room with 2 double beds reserved. They had availability for a king when I arrived and switched me with no hassle. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good.

Went on business trip and was very satisfied with the ammenities. My room was clean, they had a nice business center, and a fitness room. They served a nice continental breakfast.

Rooms were clean and everyone was helpful. Had to ask for remote for TV.

The room was very pleasant -- clean, in very good condition and very conveniently laid out. We especially liked the extra space in front of the couch, and it was so nice to have room for all the luggage and room to spare. A good value.

The size of the room was nice. It felt safe being an interior hotel. I thought the beds were uncomfortable. Its just not a 2 1/2 star. Its a regular hotel.

Clean, each room has a fridge and microwave. Good showers. They said they were saving water by not changing sheets but changed my sheets every day even when I asked then not to. They say they are saving water but it is not true. Everything else was fine.

Good value. Overall a good value with a few minor issues. The room was neat and properly maintained and perfect for business travelers. The card reader at rear door doesn't work well. Wi-Fi wireless coverage is free but has a poor coverage area.

The hotel was adequate for our needs. Did not like the location, no dining room, and no pool. The hotel was okay, but I wouldn't put it in the category of a 2 1/2 star hotel. More like a 2.

Color TV. No hot water for showers/breakfast "buffet" lame. The hotel must have a boiler problem that the management is aware of, but seemingly powerless to do anything about. We were offered to change rooms to find a working warm shower. Completely unacceptable with a family with young children.
