Customer service. None. The hotel was very clean, the front desk attendants were very courteous, and the room was in immaculate condition. The beds were very comfortable with more than enough pillows for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was very clean and the linens were also. I recommend this hotel for anyone.

Very convenient to the University. Handicap shower. This hotel was an excellant choice except for the handicap shower. The seat gets in the way. while trying to shower. Over all an excellent choice.

This hotel met Wingate's sparkling clean criteria; we love staying with you. No negative comments; we were well pleased. Located close to I65, allowing easy access to 2 major interstate highways. It is located in an area with necessary services, i.e. gas and convenience stores. Two new restaurants are currently under construction. All staff were incredible helpful and friendly.
