There were just two small problems. One day we were still in our room when maid service came. When we returned later that evening, the room had not been serviced. The plastic cups were not replaced as we used them either. I know that these are small things, but you may want to know about them. Otherwise, we were very pleased and thought the price was very reasonable. The people at the front desk were very nice and friendly.

I was very happy with this hotel property. My room was very clean and I'm picky so I usually find something that isn't perfect. My bed was very comfortable and I really liked all the amenities. The location was perfect and has great ease to the interstate and is close to great restuarants and shopping. The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeepers did a wonderful job and always said hi to you. The front desk was very nice and offered great assistance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for 6 days while doing business in the area. It's in a convenient location only a short distance from the airport and close enough to major roads without being on one. The room was large, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a very nice indoor pool and whirlpool that is kept very clean. The only problem with the pool enclosure is that there's no air conditioning and the room is totally enclosed, without even open windows, so in the summer it was very hot and humid, so much that you couldn't just sit poolside comfortably. There is a steakhouse almost directly across the main road which one of the othe reviewers must have missed because they had said that the nearest restaurant was in another hotel nearby. There are also other restaurants within a short distance by car. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was very nice. Everything was clean. Coffee was available in the lobby all day. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location was good....close to shopping areas and restaurants.

THE bed linens were not changed for the 1st five days that we were there. The toilet was also not cleaned. this was corrected only after complaining. It was another 9 days until the bed linens were changed again. The breakfast area was outstanding. The person in charge of that area ( C ) does an outstanding job and she is to be commended. Absolutely perfect. every thing else in the hotel and the outside area was well maintained. Over all a nice place to stay with the exception of our complaint.

We had a room on the first floor next to the pool/gym, it was loud with people walking back and forth, but the staff was friendly and kindly moved us to the 3rd floor without giving any hassle. Room was clean, great for the price.

This hotel is located in a business park area near offices. Big soft, pillow top beds are very comfortable. Amenities include small refrig, coffee maker and safe. A great choice for a weekend stay! Basic breakfast included but for some reason there was no juice offered. Nice inside pool/spa area was sparkling clean with tables and chairs located around the edge. Closest restaurant is a block away in another hotel.

We were unaware the rooms had room darkening blinds. We asked the receptionist at the front desk and she had no knowledge, so we were forced to pin the decrative blinds together for privacy, only to discover the next day, the darkners were hidden behind he sheer curtains.

We went their for A wedding in Va. Beach. There were 3 of us couples they put our rooms together for us. The rooms were excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and hope to go back myself. Shopping & restaurants are so close by.

The hotel was very clean and nice. They didnt serve the typical continental breakfast that you normally get. It included more. The only bad thing that I had to say about my experince is that I called a day berfor regarding an early check in and the staff didnt let let me know about a charge to check in early. I was told one thing one the phone the day before then when I was heading in town for the hotel they told me something else.

The Wyndam at Windsor, Chesapeake, VA, was a good pick for a one-night stay. A buffet breakfast is included -- nice variety, including waffles and biscuits with sausage gravy. The exercise room is accessible 24/7. Likewise, the Business Center is always accessible; however, upgrading to 2 computers and at least a 2 GB memory standard would improve a user's experience. Another downside was that no one was available to assist in getting our luggage to the room We were given a cart for baggage transport so all worked out okay. Of note was the courtesy of staff. The desk attendant generously agreed to get our boarding passes for our return trip. The room was quite comfortable -- two spacious beds, free Inet connection,large-screen TV. The bottom line is, if you are in the Chesapeake, VA, area for one night, this is a good pick for a good price.
