A very gracious and helpful staff who were willing to try and meet our every need. What a wonderful stay!

The room was perfect. It had plenty of space and all the amenities. We went solely for the waterpark that is attached to the hotel. We found out upon arrival that the waterpark did not open until 4pm the next day! The staff was great! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The hotel was nice enough, unfortunatly when we made the reservations they failed to mention the waterpark didn't open until August. We had some very unhappy kids since they don't even have a pool!

Overall it was a nice stay, but the house keeping went down hill after the third day.

It was clean and the staff was both friendly and helpful. It was located in a newly developed area that had difficult access.
