Initial room we had was handicap room. Beds were very uncomfortable and the curtains would not shut all the way to block out the light from outside signs/lights. No remote for the TV. However the staff was very friendly and tried to find a remote to work but could not. When I requested to change rooms they did right away and the beds and curtains were better. Small issue with getting the correct Orbitz rate when checking out. I noticed and Manager checked it out and fixed the rate. Also, hot tub was over chlorinated 1st day and shutdown for repairs after that

Great location and super friendly ladies at the from desk. Bedspreads were old and worn. Wireless was down for most of stay.

Inside entry rooms that were very clean. Beds were firm but skimpy (no queens just doubles).

The location is perfect for visiting Ft. Gordon. The rooms could be up-dated a little. For example, the carpet had wrinkles and the TV is old. If you don't plan to spend any time in the room, it meets your needs.

It was clean. It was not in a good part of town in my opinion. This hotel was clean but it needed to be maintained better. The bed covers were old and torn and the walls were just patched but not painted over where they were patched.

Beds wereuncomfortable. No shower curtain. Housekeeping daily ignore do not disturb sign. Very disappointed in overall stay. Location was good however exiting hotel daily was problem due poor exiting design to head into town. Housekeeping knocked on doors early am regardless of do not disturb sign being displayed. Went days without shower curtain which made hazardous wet condition on bathroom floor. I was very displeased.

Very convenient to everything. This hotel was very convenient to restaurants and close to interstate. Nice breakfast selection as well.
