Rooms were very clean & quiet; staff wasvery friendly and hotel conveniently located. A minor thing, the tv is too low when lying in bed to change channels easily. This hotel was conveniently located for everything we needed to do while in Albany. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly as was everyone we met in Albany.

I had never stayed in a Wingate but this was a very nice hotel. I would stay at another based on my experience at this one.

Neat, clean, indoor hot tub, pool, easy access for ice and vending. We were very pleased with the hotel. Our trip would have been perfect if it had been warm enough to swim in the pool. Don't think we can blame the weather on the hotel.

Cleanliness! Lack of service availability at check-in. This hotel was what I expected, spacious, convenient parking, located near local businesses. The cleanliness was super and the daily room service was great. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

I loved the queen beds that was great for us. I did not like the waffles. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Great value for everything you could ask for! Thanks so much!

Comfortable beds and close to eating establishments. Elevator quit working and did not work before we left. The rooms were very clean as was the outside and lobby area. The rooms seem to be fairly well insulated against sound. Good for the price.

The motel was clean and the staff wasvery friendly and helpful. The location was excellent close to restaurants and businesses. The accommodations were excellent and the continental breakfast was outstanding.

The business center had a copier. Slow elevator. Good business hotel with good location.

Clean, new furnishings. Soft mattress. This hotel offers a decent continental breakfast along with a new, clean interior. The staff is slightly above average and courteous. The room had two beds, both with the same mattress that was much too soft for my taste.
