The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The price was very reasonable and the room was very nice. Would recommend and stay again.

Staff was exceptional. Wireless keyboard had dried white liquid on it. Staff was excellent. Jacuzzi was big enough for two. Chair in living room was dirty. Wireless keyboard was covered with a dried white liquid. Bed was firm and huge, wife loved it. Location was near attractions, but nicely located on a side road. Would definitely stay there again, but would avoid touching the keyboard.

This hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. I had to be in the area for business and actually enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really nice and the breakfast is great! My room was clean and spacious and had plenty of room to work. I will definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to West Chester.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel itself is nice, and clean. However the walls are pretty thin and therefore very noisy. You can hear every door slam on the floor.

The Wingate Hotel at 7500 Tylers Place, West Chester, Ohio 45069 was terrible. It cost me $100 to receive a room twice when staying there and both times I found hair in the bed, the sheets were dirty, and paper on the floor so I knew the cleaning people did not clean the room. I won't say what kind of hair but I think you get the picture. This was so gross that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have always had the service desk people treat me in a courteous manner. Keep the desk workers and get rid of the female manager. Get rid of the cleaning people because twice I found the bed linens not changed whereas the cleaning people just made the beds with dirty linen still on them for me to encounter.

Loved the comfy beds, microwave & fridge! Did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door at 10:30 am. This hotel was great! I thoroughly loved it. HoweverI can't believe they have their housekeeping staff knock on your door at 10:30 am, then when I was in the bathroom, they called on the phone.

Hot breakfast buffet a plus when trying to get out early to son's soccer tournament. Wireless internet access was slow. Higher-speed access would have been nicer to have. Easy access off the highway. Rooms look very new and are well-appointed for a business-oriented hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet including eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, juice and fruit was very nice

"We reserved a handicapped room for my brother who is quadriplegic and requires a roll-in shower. We confirmed a reservation where I had asked for such a room, and if they could hold. The hotel confirmed they could, but then gave away the room. No local hotels had availability and we had to get a room >30 minutes away, and at a much higher cost."

The breakfast was exceptional. There was no fan in the bathroom and bathroom could have been cleaner. Room was nice. Breakfast was great. Exercise room was very cramped. Employees were all very friendly. Great stay for the money.

"This hotel was wonderful. The service was outstanding and the rooms very large and clean. The deluxe breakfast was great, I felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant for breakfast. My family and I will be back to this hotel again."

Location, friendly staff and accommodations. Nothing that comes to mind. Centrally located to Cincinnati, Dayton and outlying areas of Ohio. Newer hotel with helpful, staff, nice rooms and a daily breakfast. We were definitely pleased with hotel.

Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Under renovation. Sticky carpet in room. This was a decent hotel. It would have been nice to know that it was undergoing renovations. Should be nice when work is completed.

It was really nice and clean. The hotel was fairly new. It was currently under construction, which made some of the cosmetic features of the hotel and looking unfinished. This was a nice hotel. It is currently under construction, which was slightly annoying. However, it was worth the price. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for2 1/2 stars.

Hot tubs are always good. Reona (at the front desk) was an outstanding help in getting me to kenwood town center and ikea and my room accomodations.I really enjoyed me stay at the wingate by wyndham.

Location to the Interstate. Nothing. Very nice hotel for a short stay. It was clean and fairly updated. Plenty of parking and the staff was friendly.

Clean, comfortable. Needs new wallpaper in areas. We would stay at this hotel again. In a great area with lots of dining and shopping options. The bed were soft and very comfortable.

Nice accommodations, nice spacious room. Plumbing problems. We feel that the hotel was really nice but the plumbing was a problem i.e.: tubs that would not drain and toilets that would not fill back up with water. We were in three different rooms. The staff was very accommodating and they made our stay a good one.
