Pros: Very clean, comfortable rooms. Paid $75+/night very reasonable for Chicago. Breakfast OK, nothing over the top. Staff courteous. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to. Cons: Digital wall heat/cool unit didn't have a fan setting - just set the temp and fan cycles on and off. Door stop in bathroom next to tub = stubbed toes! Sound easily heard from upstairs room.

Great value - large room with lots of extras. Breakfast started at 6am - we had to leave before that, so didn't get to partake, which is unfortunate.

The decor and linens were lovely and very classy. Noise in the hallway on the first level that echoed from lobby. Amazing experience, so smooth and easy. Was thrilled with the room and the service. So impressed!

We have stayed there before and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back. The staff is always courteous and attentive to our needs. The hotel is quiet for resting which is quite important. But most importantly is the fact that the hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. In a time like today with the economy the way it is it's comforting to find a place that supplies you with complimentary breakfast. And it's not just juice, coffee, and or danish. It's a good breakfast.

Room was great, food extras super. People above us was noisy. The hotel was very clean, friendly and accommodating for our group of 4 people. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour was very nice with many selections. Would definately visit again!

Great hotel for a very good price. It was near the Metro so it was easy to get downtown. It was near resturants and a very large mall. Service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. When I go again I will stay there again. I wished they had a routine airport shuttle.

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, breakfast buffet. Would be nice to include a newspaper at the room door in the morning. 2nd time we stayed here. Clerk behind the counter went out of his way to recommend and make dinner reservations. Very pleasant experience.

We were going to Legoland and this hotel is really close to that atraction. Good location, cheap, nice breakfast but the bathroom was not very clean

Location. Rude, harassing, noisy, and low class. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm central time. The night receptionist was very rude and harassed me saying that they wouldn't think twice to kick me out of my room for a party. He was serious in his tone and showed no signs of sarcasm. He also made a comment that it was a high class business stay hotel and that I needed to keep my stay noise free and keep away from disrupting the other guest. The continental breakfast was not worth the effort. Everything was cold and dried out. Then at night there was someone in the room above us that was just walking around and it made the ceiling sound as if it were to cave in. Very unpleased and dissatisfied with this hotel and staff. Now I have to call and use my minutes on my phone to straighten a problem that should have never occurred. And from experience, a Motel 8 would have been better than this. At least they wouldn't have charged me several times and tried to feed customers arid bread and un ripe bananas. As I said before, very disappointed.

req'd a suite on 4th floor. Checked in only to be told We could NOT have that room. The ""suite"" bedroom is VERY small. Staff does not know what services they provide. The Taxi Svc they suggested # 1 tried to over CHG me. Upon return they never did pick me up when I called. Hotel staff is Not aware that they have a shuttle, but don't try to use it! The safe did not work, nor did the phone in the bedrm-it was dead! We stayed 3 nights too long! No nice restaurants in the area. We were from out of state, and the staff cannot direct you anywhere!

Right from the entrance, it was kept very clean nice decor and fresh smell. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with every business travlers needs. The beds were comfortable, had good size desks where we can put our laptop and papers out, bathroom was clean, hot water came out right away. Their breakfast bar had a varaiety of items including asian noodles and rice which was interesting. We also enjoyed the happy hour on Wednesday and Thursday. I liked their self serving style where they had some snacks out and drinks in an ice box where we can access ourselves without worrying about tipping. Last but not least, as a smoker it gave me great relief that they still had smoking rooms. It would been hard if I had to go outside to smoke during below 0 Chicago winter.

Always someone to answer questions, very comfortable, nice view, clean. Too much chlorine in the hot tub, affected my skin. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We asked for a roll out bed for an extra person, and they just upgraded us to a room with a roll out couch at no extra cost. (Wonderful!) It was very clean, and the continental breakfast had something for everyone. Fresh and hot. Best continental breakfast I have had in a hotel.

Everything positive written about this hotel was true. The room was spacious, the amenities were very adequate. The cleaning lady visibly and verbally resented the fact that we were still in the room at around 10 am, because she had to be out by 11. The front desk clerk was rude and imperious. Too bad for the human element, because the physical facility was really worth the stay.

Not a lot of parking spaces. The room was very clean. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offered a discount at a nearby restaurant if you were staying here. We will probably spend our next anniversary here.
