Still Have an issue with the price of hotels these days. Too expensive in my opinion when you are only in the unit for a matter of hours. We checked in at 7 pm, and were out by 8 the next day. Shame when It's cheaper to fly to a destination than it is to spend the night at a hotel there. They will price themselves right out of the vacationing market.

The room was larger thanI expected. The check-in clerk was on the phone with his girlfriend. The check in clerk was extremely distracted, while he was checking me in, with a conversation with his girlfriend so he told me the wrong time for breakfast, 10 am. At 9:30 am we came down for breakfast with 4 small children but breakfast actually ended at 9 am. He promised us he would get us waffles but stated that everything else had been disposed of. As luck would have it he got distracted with another phone call, so I went back to where the breakfast food was stored. There was still yogurt out on ice, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. I felt lied to. I was lied to.

The rooms were nice and the Breakfast was Great. Being State employee we have to park and walk to Dinner. So the places that are called close to the Hotel are NOT for those who don't like a nice long walk. This being our first stay and our last because they raised there government rate to $85 and we are only alowed $70. So the extra $15 we have to spend is not worth it at this Hotel.

very nice hotel for the price, very friendly, helpful staff, they let us check in 3 hours early. I didn't care for the continental breakfast, but a lot of others did. the room was very spacious & clean. it was also very quiet, I never heard any other guests.

Very clean andgood water pressure. Unattended continental breakfast. Needed better wait staff. Very clean and rooms looked almost new. It’s very nice for business travelers, but we were just vacationing and it was perfect for us. Good quality place.

The hotel is new, the staff attentive, and the free breakfasts are real breakfasts (fresh waffles, biscuits, ... and of the course the most necessary: coffee).

We were in town to visit family. The location is close to their home and the hotel is always good and friendly. They have a great manager right now who is bubbly and fun. We will continue to stay there when going to Kennewick. We were also close to great wineries in the Tri-Cities area and Prosser. We did 25 in 4 days.

Good breakfast buffet, quiet rooms, high ceilings and good climate control. Comfortable beds and internet worked well. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations for the value. We would highly recommend this property to others.

The way the room looks, is nice. It has up-date temperature control, friendly staff and nice looking pool. Frond desk was not attentive to me when I arrived and stood at the front desk. It was brand new, clean and nicely decorated and convenient to the major highway. The complimentary breakfast was not very good. Looks like nice exercise room and pool.

It was clean, convenient, excellent breakfast and the staff was very accommodating. Great stay! Nothing. The staff was great. Answered all our questions politely and informative. Gave directions when ask and the room was spacious, economical and wonderfully clean. It was a great stay!
