The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable. They accommodated a request for extra pillows promptly. The breakfast was really excellent - something the hotel should be proud of. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave, which really added to the comfort and convenience. My only real complaint was the slow and unreliable internet service. Business travelers beware if you need to do extensive work online while there. Overall a very good value and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean, wonderful fron desk staff. Use less styrofoam, more paper plates/cups (ie continental breakfast). Quick, easy check in and check out. Resourceful employees, clean rooms/bathroom.

I'm not sure that all Wingates are this way, but the Wingate near BWI was very accommodating to my needs. Traveling with my teenage son, we had nice comfortable double beds. Room was nicely accommodated with small fridge, microwave and a convenient work station with Internet access and abundant plugs and cables. There was a heated pool, and nice workout room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast included -- where my son reveled in his Belgian waffles! All for a nice price. Only suggestion -- had four pillows on my bed, but all were pretty much the same. They could have varied -- soft- down as well as long-spongy and thick-mushy. I will definitely stay again, if I get back in the area.

The rooms were decently sized and clean. The shuttle service was terrible. The front desk staff was slightly rude. In all, decent place to stay for a quick night or two. Not offensive in the least as far as visuals go. The free breakfast was barely edible. The shuttle service is spotty at best and the front desk staff seemed highly disorganized.

We have stayed in the Baltimore area about a dozen times while traveling-this is by the far the best hotel we have found. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The jacuzzi area seemed as if it was under construction, but still relaxing and presentable."

The Wingate by Wyndham - BWI Airport, Linthicum, Maryland was a great value for the money. I was totally comfortable in the room and looked forward every morning to eating breakfast which was an amenity. The location of the hotel was wonderful with access to nearby highways. I used the computer room daily to map our my destinations for the next day. All the hotel staff was professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful. My only complaint is that our microwave oven stopped working the night before my departure and I reported this to the front desk. I would stay at the Wingate by Wyndham - BWI Airport, Linthicum, Maryland again or any Wingate by Wyndham in any city.

Of all hotels in the area, this one offered the best (and very reasonable!) price available for my trip. The extended continental breakfast was great. Rooms have guest controlled AC, free wireless was convenient... The public work room by the lobby was also very convenient and offered free internet&computer access/fax/copying/printing for hotel guests. The staff was friendly & helpful. All in all, this hotel experience was excellent and I would definitely stay there again for my next visit to Baltimore.

Staff went overboard to be helpful on service. There was no problem; they just went the extra mile. Did not provide shuttle, but understand why. We enjoyed this hotel. It offered all the services we needed. I was traveling with my husband on his business trip (that was not an option above). From the breakfast, to the shuttle to train, to employees attitude was excellent. On the day we arrived we needed ice to put in our to go cups. As an employee was on her way out (off duty) she said oh I'll get that out of the kitchen. With her coat and handbag ready to go home she went into the kitchen and got ice. I know she doesn't get paid enough to do that; the company must have an excellent incentive and customer service program. Room was great, food was good, and overall we liked it.

The breakfast was good and well-stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. (1) Missing remote control. (2) Replacement remote control didn't work right. (3) Major problems with shuttle service pickup. Our first impression was great. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (she was there on Saturday 9/9 around 2:30pm when we checked in, and Sunday when we checked out).The room itself was nice, although we were missing the remote for the TV. They brought one up, but it didn't work right. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and roomy. The problem was that we took the shuttle to the light rail to get to Camden Yards in Baltimore for the baseball game. No problem on the way there. On the way back, there were severe miscommunication problems. We were told to take the light rail to BWI and call from there to be picked up. We weren't told to go to the upper deck to be picked up. So even after 4 phone calls, it took 2 hours for us to get picked up. It wasn't until the 4th call that she finally understood where we were and sent the shuttle to pick us up. It was only a 4-min ride back to the hotel once we got picked up. If I'd known we were that close, I would have walked. We got home so late (12:30am) and got very little sleep that night. We had to order pizza in our room since everything was closed. It almost ruined the entire trip.

Friendly staff Thin walls if you are a light sleeper Very friendly staff. Nice biz center with web capable PC's and printer by the front desk. Room was clean.

Breakfast bar was good. Staff was helpful at breakfast bar. The bed was really hard. Front desk staff was inconsistant. Some helpful some not. The Wingate Inn in Linthicum was an alright place to stay. Some things were good, and some things were not. The staff's attitude should be more consistent. Some were downright surly and some were very eager to help and serve. The continental breakfast was average but acceptable. The room was clean and well cared for but I found the bed to be hard and difficult to get comfortable. If I had a choice I would not stay there again.
