My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel itself was nice and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were great. Our major disappointments with the hotel involved the pool and internet service. We were unable to use the pool during our stay because the hotel was waiting for a filter to arrive. Also, the hot tub was only open during our last night there. That was a big disappointment since we were on vacation. We also had difficulties with the free wireless internet service. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Tech Support one night and 10-15 minutes on another evening. We thought we got a great room rate by prepaying for the room before our visit but were somewhat dissapointed when we overheard the desk clerk quoting a rate similar to ours to someone who walked in from the street.

Hotel was located perfectly for our needs. In room air conditioning did not work properly. Our stay was pleasant enough. Although the ac was not working properly, it was cool enough for one night and did not bother our sleep.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel. In the past I have booked hotels that advertise services and look neat and clean only to be disappointed when I arrive. That was not the case this time. The room was very neat and clean, the entire hotel was. Every amenity was as advertised. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check in took only minutes and we were in our room in no time. I will definitely use this hotel again.

My friends and I wanted to get away for a girls vacation in Atlanta. We decided to stay at the Wingate because of its great location and easy accessibility to shopping areas and eateries. We did not know much about the area, but the staff was friendly enough to print directions for us, and even suggested some great places for us to go out. The rooms were great...very clean and I loved their breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles. Everyone was great, and at the end of the trip, we all decided we would definitely come back. GREAT LOCATION, STAFF, AND GREAT SPACIOUS AND CLEAN ROOMS!!!

The room we had at the Wingate was very comfortable. The location was great(in walking distants to shopping and restaurants) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but should have went until 1000. The only thing that was disappointing the pool was closed (this was one of the main perks in choseing a place to stay.

Check in was quick and the staff friendly. We stayed on the fifth floor and our room smelled fresh. However the hallways did have a smell of smokiness to them. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our window overlooked another building and the pool way at the bottom, not much to see but we were only there for one night. The breakfast was nice, with warm waffles you could make yourself. Would have liked to seen donuts or pastries, but all in all very good. We took a swim after breakfast and the water was warm. Will def be back.

I stayed at the Wingate Inn in January and I absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. In addition to that, they have both wired and wireless high speed Internet. You can not get better than that!
