Business center -I could use internet and print out directions for free. Couldn't get wireless internet to work in my room. AWESOME.

I have stayed at this hotel for approx. 65 to 70 nights between Jan and March 2009, but was disappointed in the room provided compared to others that I have stayed in prior days. The staff is generally very friendly.

Price and amenities. Nothing. Easy to find, yet out of the way. Being slightly odd and in our early sixties, we're fussy and particular about hotels. We felt secure and comfortable here. This will be a regular stop for us on the way to see grand children. Oh, the price with a comp breakfast was very reasonable.

The location was excellent. It is very close to the Nashville airport which made it a great place for a stop over.

Nice pool and clean. No shuttle to Downtown. The hotel was nice, but the third floor ice machine did not work and the door from the stairwell to the third floor would not open. The service was good, and the staff did their job keeping things clean and neat.

The TV game for my grand daughter. Wasn't as plush as usual for a 4 star. I didn't like walking in and seeing the breakfast area before I even noticed the lobby. A wall, plants or something should have concealed the breakfast areas, in my opinion. We didn't eat there we ate a Shoney's. It wasn't nice for the money. It was just ok!

The continental breakfast. Nothing. It is a convenient hotel for either using it to fly out of Nashville, or attending something downtown.

The rooms were really clean. I love the whole green factor. Also love the fact that the hotel had a spa room separate from the pool.

Free internet. Very dirty rooms. We had to move rooms three times for smoking musty odors. Each time we were told "there are not any more rooms" until I pressed. The final room still smelled poorly and had hair in the shower. They came once for housekeeping at 10AM I told them to return later they never did. I have stayed in nice win gates and this one was very poor.

Great locale, comfortable, nice showers, etc. We were bummed that the outside pool was closed. We weren't aware of that. I thought it was great! I'd definitely stay there again.

It was in a good location off of the main road, yet near the highway. Our room smelled like it was formerly a smoking room. This was a nice hotel for the price. It was clean and had nice features such as the pool, hot tub and breakfast. The room was larger than usual. It had free internet service, a microwave and refrigerator. On the negative side, the television selection was poor. The room smelled like a former smoking room.

Staff was nice and prompts in helping correct issues! Thin walls! Heard whole phone conversations! Better after room change! Nice hotel for price and last minute near new year time! Staff was prompt in helping me change room after issues with the first room, had inconsiderate neighbor. Good stay overall, would recommend!

Internet access. Front desk clerks didn't like to be bothered and didn't know the weather forecast. The hotel was good, but not for families. I brought my wife and children along w/me on business.

Location. No airport shuttle to meet us on our return. Although we cleared leaving our car and using the airport shuttle with the desk personnel before we left, they refused to pick us up on our return leaving us stranded. We will not stay here again.

High speed internet connection. Bath tub drainage. Bath tub drainage was awful. I think it was almost clogged. Bath tub wall was not clean enough. Some caulking part became black. It must be cleaned. The treadmill in the exercise room was not well maintained. I think it has to be repaired as in the middle of the belt, it sinks while walking.
