This beautiful gated resort community is only 2.5 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. You can choose from comfortable condos and townhomes to spacious 6 bedroom homes, you'll find accommodations to suit all your vacation needs. All homes feature private pool and spa and all townhomes have a small pool. The distinctive 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse features a huge community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Windsor Palms offers a variety of recreation and activities for all ages including children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 58 seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards. Each home features a master suite, TV along with a master bathroom having a garden tub and separate shower. All homes have a private screened swimming pool with spa, fully equipped kitchens with breakfast area and formal dining area, one or two living areas with TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer.*GMSI must take a credit card imprint of $500.00 upon arrival for all guests. Should guest arrive after hours, the guest MUST check in at the Global Check in Office no laterthan 12:00pm the following day (includes both Saturday and Sunday). Should guest fail to check in a lock will be placed on the door until guest complies with said terms. Credit card imprint will be destroyed upon determination of no damage done to unit.**Guests will pick up their keys at the GMSI Formosa Office located at Formosa Plaza, 7834 W. Irlo Branson Memorial Highway (also know as Highway 192) Kissimmee. Keys will be available for pick up after 4:00pm on the day of arrival.***Shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios (local charge applies).**A cleaning fee of of $95 plus tax will be applied to all stays of 5 days or less.**
