We enjoyed our five day stay at the Windmill Suites. Everything about the stay was as it should be. We especially we glad to see the person in the fold-up bed in the "living area" had a private door to the bathroom without coming through our bedroom.

This is my favorite place to stay in northern Phoenix. It's very comfortable and spacious. The kids love it too. Breakfast is ok.

Our Trip Arisona- The Windmill Inn & Suites was everything you would want in a place to stay. The room was very comfortable, and the pool was where the kids stayed most of the time that we were at the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty with a varity of items from toast to bagels, to mini sweetrolls, yogurt, cereal, and the most popular with my family was the waffles. Location was great fior what we wanted, Bell Rd. and Grand in the middle of Surprise Az. Our over all rating is an A++++++. We would recomend this Windmill Inn & Suite to anyone who needed a place to stay in Surprise.

It was clean and friendly. A lot of open space in the rooms and it was a nice addition to have a small kitchen. The room above us was very loud. We could here the shower run and the toilet every time it was used. When we did not have the loud room above us. It was really nice hotel to stay at and I would recommend it to others.

The location was very good. Windmill Suites has very comfortable rooms that are very spacious. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast is incredible.Would definitly stay here again!

Very clean and spacious. Would like 2 queen beds in the bedroom. Hide a bed uncomfortable. Very friendly hotel with clean accommodations. Close to everything on the west side. We were there for the bus championship game and were very convenient for all activities!

Our family of four was in the Phoenix area for a graduation and wanted to stay close to the graduation site. Windmill Suites is located near shopping and eating establishments. The beds were very comfortable. Would definately recommend to a friend!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful (which I love). We had a view of the parking lot; not appealing. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit four people, and I love the little kitchenette/bar area. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and clean and included in the reasonable price were: a complimentary breakfast, Otis Spunk Meyer cookies, and apples.

From check-in to check-out, this hotel provided everything we expected and needed. The housekeeping staff was excellent, the continental breakfast and attendant were great, and the front desk folks were most helpful, as was having the use of the internet in the lobby. We took the apples provided with us each day when we went out, but we forgot the evening cookies until the last day! A very good value and we would definitely stay again.

On our recent stay at the Windmill Suites in Surprise, everything was exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, beds were just right, it was the best sleep we've had outside of not being home! The continental breakfast made me wish every meal was breakfast! The staff was ultra-friendly and accomodated our every need. I will be back in the area soon and definitely will be staying at the Windmill.

The pool had a Bee problem....There was not a cofortable smoking area where one could relax in the shade and smoke. The smoking area is a small box like shed...that is located in the Hot! Hot! sun. It would be nice if the Hotel offered more up-to date coffee (expresso, capachino and such). The breckfast was not worth getting up for. No hot eggs, bacon, sasage, exetra. Other than that the stay was friendly, and for the most part...comforable..

At first a little diffcult to locate however upon arrival staff was friendly and prompt we arrived very late. Upon entering the room we were pleasantly surprised there was sitting area with a TV and desk area with internet connectivity separate from the beds which could be closed off for privacy, plus another TV in the room. The bathroom had a full length mirror as all woman travled on this trip it was plus,two vanities one in the bathroom and outside. Location was great lots of resturatant and places to shop within walking distances.

The stay at windmill suites was incredible, the rooms were spaciouse and comfortable in every aspect, we just loved how close it was to dineing and shopping with hot coffee just outside our door for a convenient early morning pickup.

The Windmill Suites were very accomodating to our needs from check-in to check-out. Service was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Our favorite perk was the complimentary coffee and muffin delivery each morning. Staff will bring complementary coffee, muffins and the paper to your door at whatever time you request the night before. We asked for 6am, they were there at 6am. One morning we realized we'd forgotten to call the night before and at 6am called to request complimentary coffee and muffins. They were delivered to our door 10 minutes later. Just a nice touch. Will recommend Windmill to our friends visiting Surprise. :)
