Recreation: The Windemere Hotel and Conference Center offers our guest membership to the Cochise Health and Racquet Club. This full service club is located adjacent to the hotel property. There is even a fully equipped private exercise area for women only. The Cochise Health and Racquet Club compares quite nicely with the best of clubs located in any major urban areas. Windemere Hotel has also made special arrangements with three local golf courses in order to accommodate those who wish to take advantage of the 360 annual days of fine golf weather here in Southeastern Arizona. All three of these courses are a delight to play and are within easy driving distance of the Windemere.

Room. Nothing. Was great place to relax.

I am amazed that this hotel still has three stars. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and, when i returned, I looked it up on other sites and discovered that it had had 99% terrible reivews. The room was dirty, the sheets had holes in them and, had we not arrived so late, we wouldn't have stayed there at all. As it was, we had booked to stay for three nights but left the very next morning. When we complained to the desk clerk, we were shown another room that was just as dirty, with stains on the carpet and a terrible smell. The desk clerk seemed unsurprised that we were checking out. And, I left an expensive electric toothbrush in the room but when I returned two hours later to ask about it, the cleaning staff said they'd found nothing in our room. Terrible, terrible place.

I am a frequent visitor of the windemere and every time I go the staff is friendly and tries to help with any problem you have. managers are very supportive and the food is amazing. for being the only full service hotel in town it is a joy to stay here. you really do feel like they care about your stay. and the remodeling of the hotel has made it amazing!!!! I would recomend anyone to this hotel!!

Great location! The entrance we used had a bad smell at the end of the day. The smell wasn't there in the morning, strange! I'd use the hotel again & recommend to others BUT before booking, I would make sure they are finished remodeling their pool area if you like to swim.

Nice town and motel in good location. But rooms and motel in general in need of remodel/upgrade. Guest in room next to ours played VERY loud music and mgmt. was afraid to ask them to turn it down! Restaurant pretty good. Free breakfast ok.

Location - full breakfast - fruit basket at front desk. Friendly staff - full American breakfast at no cost in the morning - fresh fruit for guest at front desk- clean room and public areas. Pool/court yard area did not have lights on at night and was very dark. Upgrades to hot tub were in progress.

Definitely more of a big city experience than you'd expect from this smaller town. Free full breakfast. Nice bar with free happy hour drinks if you ask for vouchers uon check-in. Right across the street from the town's mall. Clean comfortable rooms. Convenient parking. This was my second stay. It won't be my last. Except for being caught in a speed trap in Huachuca City (watch out speed limits change every couple of blocks) this is a nice place to visit or move to!

Room and overall hotel. Poor wine selection in bar; no microbrews or Mexican beer on draft.

Close to restaurants, activities, mall. Rooms although adequate could use more decor. Good value for the Priceline negotiated price.

Attractive lobby area. Public areas cluttered with tables set out for upcoming event.

Drink vouchers. Hotel was easy to find and parking was convenient. Staff was very very friendly. The room was comfortable, but the AC was not efficient enough.

Good breakfast, excellent service, and internet access. Jacuzzi was down for maintenance. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast buffet was better than expected.

The rooms were clean and very nice. It was set in a fairly quiet location.

Excellent Breakfast 6-9 am daily. Mattress was bad, wallpaper peeling, carpet stained. Hotel needs some upgrades or local competition will soon eliminate this hotel. Carpet, bedding and wall paper need to be replaced.

The amenities; Breakfast bar, lounge, housekeeping. Need to get HBO. The location for our traveling and site seeing ventures was ideal. Local shopping etc. was close by.

Breakfast buffet was nice. Pool area needed to cleaned daily (tables, chairs) due to bird droppings. Rooms could have been nicer. The first night there we had a live cockroach in the bathroom. It was removed promptly but that was still disgusting. We came back to the hotel one evening and our cards had been demagnetized. Considering I had told the head house keeping person that we had extended I was really annoyed when I had to go to the lobby at 11:30 pm to get it corrected. When I asked for a different room at one point I was given a run around about when a room would be available.

The Windemere was a nice hotel with a nice pool and spa .The best part was the breakfast buffet and that children were free. I thought the bathroom was not as nice as it could have been and the carpets were a little dingy. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at the Windemere. It was in a good location, the staff was friendly, the rooms were great for the price we paid and the Hot breakfast buffet was wonderful.
