What a great place to stay! The service, cleanliness and comfort of the room was fantastic. Staff member we spoke to was so courteous and more than willing to help. On arriving we found we'd inadvertently made an error and booked a room with two double beds rather than two queen, however reception was able to reassign us to a two queen size rooms within minutes, with no hassle. The room (including the bathroom) was well designed, modern and very clean. There was plenty of free parking. The bed was so comfy! Never had abetter night's sleep away from home. Willows is close to everything, and we found it fairly quiet. For the price we paid ($89/night), we were extremely happy. If we're back in Williamstown, we'll definitely be staying here.

I've stayed at all the hotels in the area. This is the best value for your money. The rooms are spacious. (Ask for a corner room. The rooms are quiet.) They have spacious rooms with two queen beds. This hotel is now our choice for all future visits

Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Dark, low ceiling, overwhelming scent of Lysol, lack of desk. The hotel is moderately priced for the area, convenient, and clean, but the room looks very unpleasant. It's dark, with a low ceiling, and the way the room is arranged feels claustrophobic. The window is very small and situated in such a way that if you try to open the curtains anyone passing by will see everything in the room. The room had no desk, and no enclosed closet. The toiletries (from Dial) provided were good. There was a very unpleasant smell of some sort of disinfectant when we entered the room. The complimentary continental breakfast is very cheap. Overall I think the comfort level of this motel is below that of a typical chain motel, while being a bit on the pricey side for what you get. But most accommodations in this area appear to cost much more.

This is a nice family-run motel. Nothing fancy but very clean, fairly modern, very pretty setting and friendly staff. Our room was large. Good value for the money. A long walk from the college campus (but definitely walkable) and downtown, but closer to stores in North Adams. The only downside was some noise from other rooms, creaking floors, etc. - I'd definitely try to get a room on the upper level.

I am a traveler all around the country. I went to Berkshires this July. This is beautiful place lots of foliage and fresh air. I stayed in Willows Motel which is right on Main Street of the town. I really like the way they have presented the things. I can?t compare it with the good places I have stayed over the years but according to the town standard I think it was an Awe-inspiring place. It?s clean with all the possible amenities in a small motel. People are pleasant and cooperative. I reached this place around 12.30 in night but said time was 7-8 PM, still greeted us very nicely. I like the approach. Rooms are not that big but well maintained and up to the mark. So overall it was a refreshing experience to visit such a beautiful place and staying at a good Motel.

The helpfulness & genuine of the staff. Uneven water pressure in the shower. Very spacious room, great bathroom & the many little extras that were included. The manager & his wife were so friendly & helpful with suggestions & conversation.

We stayed at the Willows for one night in early September, 2008. It is without a doubt the cleanest motel/hotel we have ever been in!! The room and bathroom was small but completely satisfactory! Nicely decorated in the "New England" style. It had a fridge and microwave and even a few wrapped snacks. The breakfast is served in the house, in the same space as the front desk. They do a great job of providing a decent breakfast in a tiny space! There are restaurants nearby. We went to Chopsticks and it was fair, not great. But for the price this is the place to stay for a quick visit.

Room was clean; heat, shower, and wireless internet worked fine. The ice machine was not working, and staff response was inadequate. As a budget motel, this one basically met my expectations. It was clean and safe, and most everything worked. The complimentary breakfast was low budget, but that's what I expected.

Quaint, and somewhat old, but immaculate and run by a very friendly set of employees. Great location for Williams visitors.

Clean, convenient, and perfect for the business traveler not looking for bells and whistles. The hotel is perfect for business travelers not wanting, or needing, the bells and whistles. Easy access from the Northern Berkshires, and easy to find. Food wasn't a problem with many varied choices in this quaint college town.

Location. Only one staff person it seemed, who was not around in the a.m. No clear instructions re what to do, office closed. Basic room, but a great price for a great location. We were there in winter, but noted outdoor seating/picnic area, pool, etc.

Parking near the room. Never got my change back. Older motel with tiny TV. Ok for a nights sleep.
