| A clean, efficient hotel very conveniently located in Wanchai. Courteous, helpful front desk, concierge and cleaning staff. We enjoyed our stay at one of the executive floors; our rooms were well equipped with the exception of very old TV sets which malfunctioned often. The executive breakfast room was small but functional and provides very good freshly brewed coffee from a machine. |

| The service overall was ok.
However, I did notice, on several occasions, that the front desk personel appeared more accomodating and a bit friendlier to Chinese tourists than they did to English speaking guests. It could be the language, but having lived in Hong Kong, most locals are very nice and polite to foreigners. |

| overall looks clean but a moisture smell in the lobby and rooms not very nice.

| I would have preferred a King bed....twins is difficult for my size. I was never told I had twins when I checked in...and once in the room after 25 hrs on planes I was too tired to go back down 21 floors to fight. |

| This hotel is fine, but it is in an area of Hong Kong that is a bit dicey for a woman alone. Next time I am in Hong Kong I will chose a different hotel in a different location. |
