Very dissapointed on the cleanliness. Floors and shower and hair all over. The location was amazing....so giving that I would stay there again. Don't recommend to families!! Very tiny rooms.

Considering the cost vs the location I thought this place was great. Don't expect all of the 'bells and whistles' you get in a regular hotel, but it had a microwave, nice bathroom and satellite television. The one annoying thing was that the front desk wasn't open 24 hrs. It was limited because the couple that run the hotel seem to be the only ones that man the desk, when they're not in their apartment at the back.

The hotel seems relatively decent when you walk in, the owners are nice as well. You have to pay $10 a day for parking and that wasn't noted anywhere. The room had not been vacuumed, there were hair balls everywhere. The walls had dirty hand prints all over them and the room just smelled "off". There were phone numbers written all over the walls and stickers stuck to the lamp, microwave and the walls. The toilent hadn't been cleaned and there were pubic hairs all over the restroom. There was also cigarette ashes all over the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was discolored and moldy, which could probably account for a good part of the smell. There was dust ALL OVER EVERYTHING in the room....the mirror...TV...the A/C... Overall, this is probably one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at.

We visited Hollywood thinking we were going to have the time of our lives, but unfortunately we made BIG Mistake by staying in this hotel!! We arrived to the Hotel at 5 AM and we were really tired because we drove 10 hours just to get there so all we wanted to do was relax, but we couldnt even get inside the Hotel because the ignorant Hotel owners didnt get there until 10 AM so we had to wait "FIVE" hours just to rest. And when we finally entered the hotel the guy working there didnt want to give us a room because he said they were all dirty so we had to wait another hour just to get a room. And the hotel doesnt have parking spaces so we had to park in front of a seven eleven for multiple hours. When we got our room we noticed there were hairs surrounding the bed, and the room is also very crowded. Unfortunately we paid for 4 days so we had to stay there. We tried to go out a lot so we wouldnt have to deal with the bad circumstances at the Hotel. But the problems were still present, being that there was NEVER any parking spaces available and there was many bums and strangers hanging out in front of the Hotel, "very dangerous", esp. if you have children. Also the people there seem to know the code for many of the doors, so its easy for anyone to sneak into a room. Overall, BAD service, No parking spaces, Crowded dirty rooms. Honestly dont let this Hotel ruin your vacations!! NOT WORTH THE STAY. Spend a couple of more $$ but get a better hotel!!!!

This hotel was a great find. The best feature is the friendly staff and the extremly clean bathrooms. We were excited to see that after a long day of sight seeing the hotel had free dvds for us to watch. The biggest downfall of this hotel is that the parking is horrible. We decided to park in the local parking lot for security reasons then found out that there is no way to park there on Fri and Sat nights due to local clubs. The streets were safe and you are in walking distance to great hollywood sights.

The room and the bathroom were very dirty...but it's very close to the Hollywood Boulevard, that's the only plus...

STAY AWAY. Pay extra $20 but please go somewhere else. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I tried to be away from the room as much as I can. How lenient can you be about: 1. Filthy floor with spots, a used dirty Q tip [...], showing the room wasn't cleaned up? 2. Bathroom sink that cloggs - you brush your teeth and the sink stays full for the next 2 hours. 3. Young girls were screaming all night and the managers didn't try to stop them. 3. Nothing modern about that hotel. 4. The Breakfast part was a lie - there is just coffee and some cheap cookies near the entrance. Managers are smoked through people who really don't try to be courteous and nice. Don't smile. It's like they tell you, hey it's cheaper than most, so shut up and don't expect anything. I'LL NEVER EVER syat there again, and so shouldn't anybody else.

the room was never cleaned in five days and there were bums hanging around trying to get in in the evenings. there were issues between 2 guests about one of them breaking into the others room. all unnerving. the room was adequate but dirty. the price was cheap. next time i'll stay elsewhere

The hotel was a great location. If you want to explore hollywood I think this is a great hotel or maybe it should be called like a motel. The place is alright but for the price it was koo the cheapest i could find and like you can walk around hollywood very close if you want to sight see. There is no free parking but if you ask the lady or man at the desk theyll give u this permit for 10 bucks to park around the corner like at 8 min walk from the hotel and cvs and 7 eleven is like 2 mins away walking distance. But i think CVS pharmacy is a RIP off. But ya rooms find great place just bring ur own blanket and pillow

Good location, Comfortable bed, Resonable price, and especially Kind hotel staff!! I needed to check out early in the morning. So I knocked the door of hotel staff and asked. She, the staff, smiled and made me check out. I really appreciate it.

The location of this hotel was just fine however the front desk closes around 6pm and the lady demanded we get there before 6 at the latest 6:30. Which was difficult with us getting off of work and driving to la in traffic. The beds were comfy but the whole place was somewhat unkeep. I just didnt feel that it was totally clean. However you do get direct tv so that was nice

This place offers a fabulous location at a very budget price. A block or two from Hollywood Blvd! Great location!! Neighborhood is great, typical L.A. neighborhood. Hotel very pet friendly. Parking is cheap with a short walk. Room is quite tiny, but has a micro and fridge. Has Direct TV and good climate control. Bed not too comfy. Overall a GREAT value. Not a luxury hotel, but then again, there are no hotels anywhere near that area for such a great price.
