This hotel location was excellent. Cannot think of somethingI did not like at this hotel. This hotel is top notch, from the restaurant to the rooms to the pools. The facilities are well maintained as are the rooms. The beds heavenly mattresses were just that..heavenly..The bathrobes provided were a nice touch. Absolutely recommend this hotel and I've very well traveled.

Have stayed many times. The only complaint I have was the service in the restaurant. Compared with other stays, the staff were not very good. We ordered 3 kids meals they brought out 2, one of which was incorrect, so they gave it to another table and didn't check back. We found out that they gave our meal to the table beside us who ordered the same kids meals. Instead of changing out the fries for veggies, they screwed up our order and the table next to us. Both of us were upset. On Sunday, we ordered a pizza to take to our room so that we could watch the superbowl. My husband went downstairs and waited for it...45 minutes later the pizza came out with 2 orders of Burgers. When he got to our room...2 minutes later the pizza was like ice. He had to go back and tell them. They said they would make another pizza. When my husband got back to the room both burgers were cold. I would not suggest the in house restaurant at this time. Also, no one cleaned our room on Saturday. We called the front desk and at 3:30 someone came. It was too late we had already settled in.

Stayed here a few times with the family and love it!!! The kids love the outdoor heated pool & hot tubs and the gym is top notch. Very nice atmosphere both in winter and summer. Allways looking forward to going back.

IF discount hotels can offer free parking and free internet a 4 star hotel should be able to as well, especially one that is not in a big city.

Proximity to chair lift since the chair lift closest to the hotel wasn't running. Very nice hotel although next time I would ask to be closer to the elevator. Our room was a long walk from them.

Spa-like room amenities, excellent hotel restaurant. A few minor housekeeping issues with our room. A luxury hotel at the price of economy. We felt pampered. The room was spectacular. Dining at the hotel restaurant was an amazing gastronomic experience.

Comfortable, nice room amenities, great location. Needed one more bed for a boy and girl didn't want to share. This is a very nice hotel, great location, lovely pool and great access to village. Lots of fun at movie night under the stars. We had a great time!

I enjoyed the restaurants as well as the bars on site. Do not agree for the type of hotel to be charging for parking and internet use. This is a resort hotel and is centrally located which allows you to do everything from within site.

I loved the location and the outdoor hot tub and pool. The phone in our room did not work and they were aware of this. The hotel was great my wife and I would go back. We wish that the coffee in the room was complimentary. But overall a great time.
