The hotel was beautiful, a lot classier and cleanier than I had imagined. Located centrally in the business part of town, but next to every possible dining option you can think of! 15min drive to the beach, 45min drive to Busch Garden. It was nice coming back to a peaceful part of town to rest. The beds were HEAVENLY and so soft. The staff was nice, the hotel itself very classy. The only downside was that both night we stayed there, the hotel pool was closed. So we had no access to pool.

Helpful staff, cushy bed, and nice views of the area. Most of the room's furnishings had that cheap, but made to look fancy feel to them. Somewhat Target esque. It was a great stay, but I'm glad we got to stay there while it was still new. In a few years, the furnishings (which appear to be from somewhere like Target) may begin to show their true colors.

We stayed here for our 5 day honeymoon. We wanted to be close to the beach, but not in the middle of the tourist craziness. This hotel was perfect for that! It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach, but everything else you need is nearby. Great restaurants (PF Changs', Cheesecake Factory, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse) shopping, and some nightlife are literally out the door of the hotel. And there is a small restaurant and lounge in the hotel lobby. The hotel is less than a year old and very modern. The staffers were all very friendly and accommodating. I only saw housekeeping one morning when we slept in until 10am, but the place looked great when we returned from the beach every day. Two little gripes: 1)If I had wanted to use the Internet, I would have been angry to find that they charge for use. But we didn't bother brining our, it was our honeymoon! 2) The pool was pretty tiny, and the hot tub was only 5 degrees warmer that the pool. More like a "warm tub" than hot!

The room was very comfortable with a great westin bed and double shower head. Only problem was you couldn't get a really hot shower and I noticed a few stains on the carpet that really should have been removed as the property is only a couple years old. Overall a great hotel. Very quite and good value for the price I paid.

Convenient location, nice room and free parking. Very nice hotel and not located at the oceanfront, but is nicer than anyplace I have stayed at the oceanfront.

We were impressed from the moment we walked into the lobby (beautiful). The parking deck was secure and the room was wonderful. We also loved the flat-screen tv and room amenities; we wished we'd be in town longer to enjoy the room more!

It is a nice, clean hotel. They claim to be a five-star but this is not five-star except the $20 they want for breakfast. The hotel is nice but far from luxury. No bell-hops. No luggage carts. Nothing in the room to tell you about what the hotel has to offer. I would give it 4 stars and nothing more.

The Westin is a new hotel in a very nice area - not close to the beach but really perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment/performing arts. It is convenient to interstate highway too. The rates were substantially better than the competition for a better room and facility.

The room was clean. The staff was totally unresponsive until brow-beat. This is a overpriced motel-6. The only amenity in the huge lobby is their huge bar. Our room was adequate but lacked enough seating for two people. Internet access is on a pay-per-day plan at $9.95 per day. There were only two sets of towels in the room. The swimming pool area was well kept but there were no towels and when I asked a staff person for more they left never to return. The housecleaning staff literally walked past dirty dishes sitting on the floor outside someone's room for two days until I complained. The TV menu is custom to the hotel and is extremely slow to navigate. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and had to be replaced. Of the six requests I made of the hotel desk (more towels, cleanup the hall, etc.) only half were actually addressed and then only with multiple phone calls - and I was very cordial until the end. Horrible experience, especially for a supposed 4-star hotel.

Great location, good skyline view of the city. Window overlooked the top of the parking garage. Skyline view was good.

Very pretty atrium. Lousy, lousy service. This hotel was very nice looking and has the potential to be an excellent hotel. However, the service from the staff blows big time. I had to remind them 4 times that I needed hand towels and wash clothes to no avail. There was a coffee stain on the floor that was there before we got there. I asked for it to be cleaned, it never was. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for the complimentary water!

The location in town center was very neat, got a small city feel to it. The pool was way too small. This hotel is new and beautiful, quite chic, rooms very spacious and clean, bed and shower heavenly as advertised, would stay here again. Only wish it wasn't so far (10 miles) from the beach, but overall a great hotel.

The hotel was exquisite, great amenities and great staff. List of restaurants to order delivery food within short distance. The hotel and staff were amazing, it was beyond my expectation and looking forward to staying there again next time.

Parking garage was very convenient. Room amenities were upscale. There was a charge for WiFi. Room service and refrigerated items were WAY overpriced.

The location was great walking distance to everything. Unresponsive staff (12 hours to get a remote for TV). This hotel is okay but not as nice as I was expecting. There are extra charges for everything even the in room coffee.

Accomodating to a family of six. It was excellent - everything one could ask for in a facility.

Great location in new area of downtown. Nothing.

The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Both were in easy walking distance. There was a charge for wireless service and business .office services..The room was dusty. Convenient location, nice workout facility, free parking. Staff was helpful and attentive when an air conditioning problem arose.
