Clean, staff very friendly. Expensive breakfast, charge for parking and bar fridge that I can't use for my water.

I stayed here for business. I didn't realize how expensive it is in Toronto. Note that you will have to pay 11 a day for parking. I did read that in another review, so was prepared for it. The hotel was pretty nice, though. Pateo (internal restaurant) had decent breakfast, but I wasn't impressed with anything I ate for dinner. The wait staff at the restaurant spoke poor English so I was never certain she was taking my order properly. There was no way to know how much it cost for the pre-stocked items in the fridge, so I avoided them! The elevators were not working one day when I left my room - bad since I was on the 12th floor - so I had to walk down the stairs. The stairwell was downright frightening and claustrophobic, nasty, dirty - I know not many people use it, but it was really worrying. AND, when I got down to floor 2, the door was locked, as was the door for floor 3. What if there was an actual emergency?? Housekeeping never picked up the tip I left. I don't know why. I did like the hotel, and would stay there again.

Comfortable beds. Was not told about the charge for parking, old hotel, old lambs, cracked sink, wont even provide courtesy, everything you touch is charged to you. The hotel management makes it clear that they are out there to rip the hotel guests, even if you touch anything you are charged for it, and of course they don't even provide free coffee,if they do they certainly dont make it clear.

Even with all the provided lighting turned on the room was very very poorly lit. I think the bulbs must have been 15 watts or something. My biggest reason for saying i wont stay here again is the internet connection, it dumped me off like every 5 minutes all night long every night for two weeks. I complained to staff and to the internet provider and all that happened was i got a few nights of free internet service. With the poor quality of the service even if it were not a paid service i would have complained.

The carpet in the first room we were in had a ripple from the doorway through the length of the room. The sink had 3 cracks in it, and would not stay filled. We changed rooms but the rooms need renovating badly. The newly renovated public areas are beautiful.Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. Front desk staff were helpful and polite.

I got a room with no view at all - tried to change it, but couldn't. Paid two hundred bucks for the room - to view a brick wall from my window?? They charge you ridiculously for everything: bottle of water - 6 dollars, inroom movie - 15, parking - 12. This is a rip off!! Plus outrageous canadian taxes on top of that. Stay away!

The Westin Prince hotel was very comfortable, with ceiling to floor windows to let in plenty of sunlight. A small balcony allowed a beautiful view of the skyline. We overlooked the outdoor pool , which was not open yet for use. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. I liked the morning starbucks coffee in the room. The bathroom is large with bathtub and a separate shower. There is parking on site , and an easy drive into the city, taking about 15 min. All in all a very nice stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful lobby and nice restaurant. Hotel was clean and in a good location if you are visiting Don Mills and mostly just sleeping in hotel. Great access to freeways if you have a car. Excellent Japanese restaurant.

The Westin Prince Toronto is conveniently located and easy to find. Since I am not familiar with Toronto, and would be renting a car and finding my own way, this was important. Parking is close and convenient (for a small fee). Hotel staff was beyond polite and helpful. And the room and bed were comfortable. Loved the food, and service, both in the restaurant and for room service, was good. Two small faults: there is in-room direct internet connection but in my case I had trouble connecting. The hotel operator connected me to tech support, but I was put on hold and after a couple of minutes just hung up. A second call to the desk elicited a suggietion from the desk clerk that turned out not to help. (He didn't know any more than I did). Also, the first night of my stay, a warm, fluffy bathrobe was hanging in my closet for my use - very cool! But the following day after room cleaning it was gone and never reappeared! I could have asked about it but didn't bother. With those two exceptions, I have no reservations recommending this hotel, and would stay there again.

Proximity of my work, best beds in town, concierge and bell boy best in town. Manager personality, cold atmosphere. Really the best beds and best room in town, like the new modern decoration, the men at the door is the best in town!

Spacious, well appointed rooms with beautiful view and flat screen TV’s. Lobby under construction, parking was charged extra. Great! Loved the spacious room, plenty of work space, fantastic view and nice small balcony for fresh air to step outside without having to go out. Fantastic food (used room service for all meals. Running routes available from front desk if you'd rather go out instead of using the gym. Bed was indeed heavenly, drive to go anywhere from this hotel. Not close to any major attractions or downtown. Conveniently located right off the DVP so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in the city. Parking was $11/night. Would definitely stay here again.
