Connected to the mall. The air conditioning was so loud you could not sleep. Never stay at this hotel.

"The room was quite comfortable with the regular features you would expect in such a hotel. But it does not have wireless internet which was a big drawback. Also, the hotel chagred me again for the room after paying for it through travel website. The guy at the baggage check area did not seem to want to help until you accosted him. That part was frustrating."

the room was larger than I exspected. Then vent in the shower needed to be cleaned.

Huge rooms, comfortable bed. For price of room high speed internet should be free. Such a convient location attached to the galleria, huge rooms, nice amenities. Charged $10 for high speed per day.

Great location and reasonable price. The alarm clock had a thick layer of lint. Certainly adequate and I would use it again. For my business purpose on this trip, it was an excellent choice.

Quiet surroundings. Furnishings shabby, ac noisy, shower hot & cold. The bed was comfortable but the room lighting was poor.There was no low lighting to leave on at night.

Connected to restaurants and shopping. Wireless access was additional cost. The room was very spacious, but space was wasted. Very disappointed in $25/night parking fee and $10/day internet access. Made the cost much higher than was expected. There was a lot of traffic noise.

Location. Restaurant is a cheap cafeteria. Personal security is a hazard. Personal security is a strong risk at this hotel. The elevators provide anyone in the adjacent shopping mall with total access to any area of the hotel. A key card is not required for the elevators to travel to any floor. There is no security whatsoever. This is a very old hotel totally outdated. Decoration is non-existent, almost like a Motel 6. Sports room is in another Westin hotel that you have to walk to. I rate this hotel 3-star at best, not 4-stars as advertised.

Location was great and since it was connected to the mall, you had plenty to choose from for Lunch and dining. Idisagree with the star rating, elevators and decor looked old.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very dated. Old carpet. Nice enough and very comfortable. Decor and furnishings along with carpet were very dated and old.

Proximity to mall. Pool, room was hot and old. Iwould not recommend this hotel to people with children. The pool is way to deep for little ones and sits on a roof with no grass. It allows pets but there is not place to walk the dog.

Rooms were great, the service was good. We did have a room by the elevator. That was slightly annoying.
