Beautiful inside and out, clean and staff was so friendly. I love this hotel, if all Westin hotels are like this one I will be a customer for life.

Warm welcome, helpful staff and stunning decor. Very beautiful new hotel with lovely bright cheery rooms, comfy beds and super room amenities-such as great TV, great shower, etc. Staff was so helpful and nice. Restaurant and bar were very good and so friendly and the bar was lively and fun.

I liked the space and the bathroom. The soft fluffy robe was a nice touch. This hotel is conveniently located around business for your business pleasure and around great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will use the hotel again for my business trip.

Proximity to the airport. Water leaking from the ceiling, airport shuttle took 1 hour. (unacceptable) The Westin Reston claims to be a 4-5 star property but lacks attention to detail, communication and overall not met my expectations. Manager on duty excelled in his responsibilities and provided immediate resolution to an unpleasant experience (a true polished and prepared professional).

Clean and nice room, big bed. The fee is not clear for some service and they charge for all the internet. The hotel is great and not too far to the metro station, the problem is that the fee is not clear. At least they charge for the bottle water, but you won't know until you ask because there is not price tag or something warning on it. They also charge for additional bed without telling me the cost.

Free shuttle service to the nearby shopping center, free parking. Charged internet service in guest rooms. A nice hotel tucked behind a couple of buildings. They lack a low-priced restaurant or buffet. The king-bed room was impressive, clean, and spacious.

The room was perfect for a business traveler. There was not much around if you don't have transportation. Great bed and comfortable room. Very accommodating.

Ample free parking. Rooms were modern, plenty of towels and mirrors, good TV system. Good coffeemaker with real creamers. Bathroom door was on a spring hinge, so it kept closing on its own.
