We stayed at Westin Peachtree for vacation. Was easy to get to the hotel by train from the airport. Great view from the room! Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool area looked cozy although we didn't use it this time. Walking distance to major attractions in downtown. My biggest disappointment was $21/person breakfast buffet, which was the only time we ate in the hotel, and $14.95/day internet.

Great location. Check-in person was polite and knowledgeable. Poor service in the hotel's top bar, The Sun Dial. Plus no vegan options on the bar's menu. This hotel has a lovely view from the rotating restaurant and bar. Location is great. Parking was easy, lobby was clean. Our room was adequate, on the 53rd floor. It was quite hot during the day due to the large west-facing windows, but cooled down at night.

The rooms were great. Awesome view! We were on the 61st floor. The only bad thing is the outside elevator was damaged last year in a tornado. The elevator does run to the top, 72nd floor but you can't see outside.

I was very disappointed with the quality and service of this hotel. For a hotel of this caliber I expected MUCH better: -We waited almost 4 hours to get our room. We had been told when I made reservations that we would likely be able to get a room early even though check in officially starts at 3pm. We arrived at noon and since our room wasn't ready we went out for lunch. When we got back at 2:30pm our room was still not ready. 3pm, 3:30, 4pm, finally at almost 4:30pm we got our room. The desk clerk offered nothing for our inconvenience (not even an apology) . I asked if she could at least comp my internet access for my time at the hotel ( per day), and the clerk asked me why I expected this to be comped. After I told her how long we had been waiting she informed me that I should have not arrived until at least 3pm. - The building, and individual guest rooms could use some serious renovation. The carpets were worn, stained and in poor condition with burn marks and holes. The furniture was cracked and chipped and looked like someone had picked them up at a garage sale and painted them black. The room was small and the bathroom was more like a small walk in closet. -Other than an inexpensive round of deserts at the Sun Dial restaurant, we didn't bother to eat on the property. The prices were ridiculous - even for hotel food. This was a huge disappointment and I will avoid staying at a Westin hotel in the future. I would recommend booking at the Marriot Marquis instead. It's only about 2 blocks away and is ten times nicer than the Westin

Greate location but the hotel is aging. It needs a renovations on the hallways to the rooms.

The entire staff not only answered questions but walked me to where I could get assistance, found answers, printed maps, checked back if delays.. No whirlpool, Jacuzzi. Rooms were oddly shaped to accommodate the round building so every room has a view of the city. High floors (37) nice floor to ceiling views; elevators were appropriate in timing to go up and down, even with a large convention in town. Nice airport shuttle comes twice an hour without reservations, however small fee for one way. No vending machines after convenience store closes, walk out the entrance and ask bell help to point you in direction of convenience store across the street. There's a refrigerator that's packed with high priced drinks/snacks - move it around and put your meals in. Gym and pool on 9th floor; has massage services but not a spa, no Jacuzzi/whirlpool which was disappointing. All in all a decent stay and convenient and clean for a one week stay away from home. Beds were not as comfy as I remember for Heavenly beds.

I did have a good stay. It was close walk to a lot of restuarants and for sure will return here again.

This used to be one of the nice hotels of Atlanta. Although the General Manager worked to make things better and right. It just did not completely overcome the poor treatment and the awful room I was placed in at first. Then the night manager named Asa, was really rude and awful.

This was by far one of the best tripts we've had. Hotel was pretty but needed a little attention. Water in the shower barely came out because it was leaking around the top of it. Carpet was older so it made a smell in the room. Other than that...the Sun Dial was amazing and the staff made up for what the room was lacking. Wonderful Location for Turner Field!

The view from the room was incredible. Everyone was very friendly. We loved it and will stay there again.

I stayed here for the mart and I never will again. The rate for this event was outrageous for what we got. Smelly rooms and rude staff. I have expressed my displeasure to the AmericasMart management and am encouraging them to not use this hotel for their events in the future,

No where was it mentioned that guest parking was not free. I was hit with a 23 a night charge for parking after I had already checked in. The front desk was nice enough to credit my room for the parking since it wasn't mentioned anywhere. The sheets were scratchy and hot. We had to turn the AC down to 64 just to be comfortable. We weren't even given the room we had booked. We booked a king and got a queen. The breakfast rates were insane, 6 for a glass of milk?! We checked out a night early just so we didn't have to stay another sleepless night. The front desk tried to give us free breakfast and "upgrade" our room but this was an in-town getaway that seemed more like throwing money down the drain than relaxing. Overall, I felt I was overcharged for everything and thought I was going to be nickeled and dimed to death.

Location. The hallways had trim that was loose and falling off and and the paint was blemished and dinged. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was responsive and friendly.

My boyfriend and I went down to visit my friend for her birthday and she also stayed at the hotel with us. We arrived on Friday and it was a problem since then. The food was nasty the staff was nasty and rude, and they were very unorganized. I had to curse out the staff and the manager. It was so horrible. I would not stay there again. The room service was very high and we were charged for things we did not even order. If you do stay, go the diner right down the road. It stays open 24hours and they have excellent food. But STAY AWAY FROM THE WESTIN.

Good hotel for the kids. Plenty of places to explore. Close enough to the aquarium and the park. The area is kind of sketchy after the sun goes down. No free parking.

Location. If all rooms at this property are in the condition (trashed) as the one in which we stayed, these folks are in serious trouble.

This is one of the geatest places I stay at!! I travel often and have stayed many places... This is by far one of my favorites for atlana. I love the huge windows, the heavenly bed is the most comfy hotel bed you will EVER sleep in. Starbucks on site, across from hard rock cafe. I have stayed here for many reasons like going to concerts, braves games, the aquarium, coca cola, day b/f flight leaves out, shopping trips, etc.. It's pretty great for them all! The only thing that has ever happened while staying here was the air broke once for a while but was fixed very QUICK!! I have no complaints on this place, I LOVE IT!!!!

Overall, this was a nice hotel. I have stayed at Westin's before, and this was not the nicest, however was still very upscale and nice. Rooms were a little small, but was very clean and nice. Would stay there again.
