"The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so I excused the outdated bathrooms in sore need of care. The rooms are large, all come with robes, fridge, and refreshments, starbucks coffee/maker. So easy to go frm the room to the mall. You can also have some of the stores deliver your purchases to your room so you don't have to lug them around. LOOVE it. Pool is currently being renovated, but will be an awesome rooftop location."

Linked to Galleria, rooms are very nicely designed and fresh. Love it. Very clean rooms and beds. None so far. It is slick. Fresh Midern design. Friendly staff. My 3.5 years old daughter loves the room for some reason. She loved the little fridge. Sliding door of the bath rooms. And most of all she loved the fact that there is ice scatting ring below the hotel and very close to American girls store. Very convenient for kids and the rest of the family needs. Good spot to go to for Dallas I believe.

This was my first stay at the Dallas Westin. However, I have stayed at the Los Angeles hotel on a number of occasions. I love this hotel. The Heavenly bed and bath are awesome. I will be putting the bed and shower in one of my homes. The staff was very helpful and the location at the gallaria was great. Lots of nice shopping and dinning options.

Very nice room, friendly staff, excellent concierge service, great location inside the Galleria mall. Free parking available but quite a walk with small children, valet wastoo expensive. Hotel up to Westin standards, spacious rooms, clean, nicely furnished, and beautiful bathroom. Friendly staff, fast service (had a problem with TV, got taken care of in less than 10 minutes), great concierge. Restaurant on premises, but did not use because of the huge variety of dining options, the hotel being located within the Galleria Mall. Did not use the pool either. My only negative comment would be about the parking, the walk to it seems very long with 3 small children. Valet parking is available, but costly. Overall a very nice experience, would definitely recommend.

We love this hotel cause it's so close to the Galleria. If it wasnt we wouldnt stay here because the hotel itself is a little pricey for the rooms. But they are nice...just a tad pricey. The convenience of the huge mall is what you're paying for. Don't stay here if you're not going shopping!

The parking is part of the mall parking outside or underground. Not the best for me but worked out fine. I am a mom traveling with 3 children and have stayed at many hotels along our multi-state trip. This was our favorite. A beautiful, clean, and comfortable room in a very safe environment, in addition to a very friendly staff, rated this hotel our favorite.

"I stay here every year when I travel with my dance team to Dallas. I love getting to shop all day with my mom. There is the BEST little breakfast place on the 3rd floor of the mall (I think the 3rd) (the Corner Bakery) and plenty of places to eat so you never have to leave your hotel for anything! (in my case atleast, we stay a weekend and just need a day of shopping and a day of dancing)"

Above all expectations out of this world.

The rooms are very clean and the wall paper is not floral neither are the bed spreads. It is located in the mall pretty much so that is why I stay here because I come to shop. There is a cute little breakfast place in the mall that is about 10 feet from the lobby (but it's on the 3rd floor) You don't have to even walk outside to get into the mall. The rooms are quiet still. You can hear cars on the interstate if you stay on that side is the only drawback.

Very attractive modern decor. Hotel pool was not heated as advertised. Road noise on 9th level distracting. This hotel provided attractive modern decor and comfy beds. On the 9th floor the road noise was a little distracting to a relaxing evening. Also not very relaxing was the consistent battle to locate a parking space at this location if not utilizing the pricey valet service. The double shower head almost made it worth it as it was very relaxing. We were disappointed the outdoor pool was not heated as advertised but it was still clean and attractive with relaxing chaise loungers and cabanas.

Rooms were roomy and bed was comfortable. Room had crumbs on the window seat and floor and room did not smell good. Love the hotel and staff and I love the white tea scent in the lobby areas. We a little disappointed with the cleanliness this time.

The location and the staff. Pool not heated the day we arrived. Room a little small. Shower design poor. Friendly staff and a great location relative to the Galleria Mall and north/central Dallas. Rooms not quite as nice as the star level assigned. Also, the mini bar items are on a (overly sensitive) sensor. Young children will almost certainly touch/move the items and you will incurr a charge that has to be backed off. Heated pool was not heated the 1st night and was very cold. Heat was turned on the 2nd night. I would say the location is the main thing that makes this a desirable hotel.
