The break was booked as a treat for a special birthday. I felt thoroughly pampered & really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is in a fantastic position in the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay at the hotel again some time in the future.

We stayed here New Years Eve. It was a great location--right next to Trinity College and Temple Bar. My fiance's family is from Ireland and couldn't believe I had gotten such a great location without knowing Dublin better. The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to try to find us a place to eat New Years Eve Dinner at--even though we arrived at 6pm that evening.

The hotel is clean and comfortable in a perfect location, but the room was small even though I paid to upgrade. The beds were twins. There was even a clock in the room. Really nice, but no way 5 star.

Beautiful hotel with perfect location and the staff were extremely friendly. The Hotel is pricey but for a special treat it is worth it.

Recently at the Westin for one night. It was excellent, very very clean, staff were very helpful. The breakfast was buffet style but had everything. The waiter insisted on getting me my oatmeal made on water. One of the few places that had soya milk on demand also. Location could not be beaten. The only wobble might be the price.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The bathroom was very large, but the room somewhat small. The windows opened if you wanted which was very nice. The concierge staff could have been somewhat better informed regarding side trips, but they were friendly and wanted you to have a nice stay. The food in the resteraunt and bar was excellent and the location couldn't have been more convenient.
