We were on town for a cheer competition and the location was great. THe skywalk to the Duke Center was perfect since it was cold outside.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding. It was a terrific trip! - The bathroom took the cake. The shower was amazing, the products were so delicious-smelling and skin-softening, and even the towels were nice (when are hotel towels ever nice?!)... - The hotel was clean, well-lit, and finding our way around was easy thanks to convenient, clear signage. - The gentleman with whom we spoke upon check-in was delightful, and gave us lots of tips about the area (we'd never been). Many folks we dealt with were fantastic, and we noted them by name in our check-out forms. - Having said that, unfortunately, we missed not one but TWO pre-arranged wake-up calls because, we were told, the girl in charge of them was dyslexic. She put down "1242" instead of "1224." I don't mean to be rude here, but there isn't a "42" room on any of the floors, and it happened twice. After the first time, when we were running late to a pre-wedding luncheon, I called and complained nicely but firmly. The second time, my boyfriend called and got 3500 Starwood points. That was nice, but not having to rush like a madwoman to get us packed to catch our plane would've been better. So, I hope they pay attention to poor staff performance and figure out a better system. - Similarly, the staff at the restaurant was just dumb. There is no nice way to put it. The food was good, but ordering was like pulling teeth. - Our room was cleaned spotlessly, and the hotel itself is very attractive and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. - We didn't take part in activities, use meeting rooms, go to the pool or fitness center or business center.

Very clean and very spacious rooms. No restaraunt to speak of and no concieage. The check in staff could have been alot more knowledgable about the area but some did try. Alot of constuction going on at the time made the Hotel feel half way done.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The elevators were not efficient.

They put us in a handicap accessible room which we did not need or request which made for some unusual bathroom set-ups not enjoyed.

Don?t stay at this hotel on Labor Day Fireworks night. On the Sunday of the fireworks show, the hotel is infested with screaming kids with no parents in sight. Kids were playing ball and chase in our hall and despite asking the kids to keep it down and three calls to the front desk, no one on the staff came up. The front desk was not knowledgeable on the area attractions; the concierge desk was vacant. Even google maps couldn't save this since she was sending us to all the wrong places. Thank goodness for Cingular 411.

My husband & I were attending a Cincinnati Bengals game and the Westin was a short walk away. Room was great and shower had 2 heads which was refreshing. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only down side was that internet connection was not free:(

One of two phones did not work when we arrived. No coffe was placed in the room one day of four. The room was spacious and clean. The view is magnificent from the 13th floor. All in all we think this was the best choice to make, though a little pricey for what you get.

Great price and a even better location, close to the ballpark. Slow elevators. This was a guys getaway weekend and the westin downtown was a great venue that served up a fun, clean and friendly atmosphere for the trip.

Best downtown hotel. Would of liked an open air pool. Stayed at the downtown Hyatt & Millennium the same week. The Westin is more than a half star above them.
