Overall we were satisfied, but there were a lot of conferences going on during the weekend we were there, which equalled a ton of people. There wasn't anywhere to grab a late night snack or drink. The gift shop closed early and there was nothing in walking distance.

Friendly Staff. Nail or tack sticking up out of the carpet - cut foot.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay, very professional hotel staff and great value for your money, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives, looking forward to stay there again in the future.

We only stayed one night as our christmas party was there, but the rooms were lovely, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated.

The Calgary Westin was exactly what I was looking for while visiting Clagary on business and pleasure. The service was outstanding, with everyone being so helpful. It is in walking distance of budget rental cars and the Stephens Mall area which features excellent dining and entertainment. The rooms are suuficient, bright, and very comfortable. I spent most of my time walking the downtown area. I will definitely return on my next trip to Calgary.

Staff are amazing. Exceed expectations. Windows open. TV remote did not work.

Great location, very close to Eau Claire Market with lots of restaurants, Prince's Island Park, Bow river. Also very close to downtown shopping (Banker's Hall, etc). Excellent bed, like the full shower stall instead of tub. Fitness room and pool look out over Calgary skyline & can see mountains while working out!

Bed were great but I would have expected a nicer room for the price.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Noisy neighbors, not the hotel's fault. Great location, friendly, clean. I did think about taking my dog and found out they ARE pet friendly. There is also no extra charge for pets and no special rooms. They stay in the same non smoking room. I opted against taking her, but will next time.

This will be a good hotel once construction is finished. For now, though, it's a pain. No where to sit and work, lobby is a total mess -- once it's finished, it should be a nice place to stay. Rooms are fine.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The my room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was great and the bathroom towels and soaps were great too. I had room service and the food was great and the person delivering the food was very friendly and personable.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Although we did not use the hotel's restaurant, we did use the pub within the hotel which was good value for money and had a lively atmosphere.

Great hotel, with only a couple concerns: clean but house cleaning did the basic minimum, at this level of hotel I would expect a bit more attention to details. The location of the gym was co-located with the pool, not a real briliant location as the humidity and tempature was a bit high. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was very modern and the staff was great. The restaurant temperature was too hot. Very updated and modern hotel. Clean. Friendly staff.

The Keg in hotel was a great feature. Being on the 12th floor the only view was higher buildings. It would have been nicer if the little sitting area off the lobby would serve drinks earlier in the afternoon.

Location and parking. Hotel room needs to be upgraded. Having stated at the Westin in NY and Boston this hotel is far below their standards. Bed was comfortable but the carpet had a burn mark in it and was worn.

The location was the best asset. There was no bath tub in the room. Only a shower. Unacceptable for this type of hotel. This hotel is more geared towards the business traveler.

Friendly staff, great location, lobby and restaurant were nice. Stained worn out carpet, uncomfortable bed, outdated / worn out everything. Friendly staff, great location, lobby and restaurant were nice. However the stained worn out carpet, uncomfortable bed, outdated & worn out everything made for an unfavorable impression. Would not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom. It was great. $13 for internet access. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and they arranged a shuttle for me to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant was absolutely horrible. The cleanliness of the room was horrible - I am not likely to stay at this hotel again.
