The room was great, but they could have asked if we wanted a view of the 4h of July fireworks show. The parking and the bottled water in the room were both ridiculously expensive. The mini-bar was not stocked and there were no vending machines on the floor.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is very tired. I have used priceline before for the same city and area and have had great hotels. The Westin was a big disappointment.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It IS the hotel righ next to Lenox Mall which is nice. Very close to alot of restraunts as well. The hotel and staff were great, and the rooms are very clean and nice. HOWEVER, there is something that I think it important to point out. Valet is 26 dollars PER NIGHT... and your other option is self park which is 18 dollars PER NIGHT!!! That is CRAZY ludacris!!! Because this hotel is in Atlanta, your only option is to park in one of these because somewhere else would be unsafe to walk to!

The Hotel was fine. I would like to stay at a hotel that has free parking or pay for one night parking only when you stay two or more days. I would like to have a room with double bed and room for extra let out sofa bed. I would like to stay next time on the side where the fireworks are but this was fine because the hotel gave us free food with a area set up for the fireworks. Overall our stay was very nice. The front desk greeters were so very nice as well and friendly. Thanks we will stay again in the future but will book reservation months in advance.

The location is excellent right next to the Lenox Mall. The valet attendants were exceptional; however the valet fee was 2 times that of self parking -- with tips etc that can get costly if you are coming and going frequently! As with most Westin Hotels you can expect a comfortable bed and great shower! As with most upper end hotel chains, they still feel compelled to charge for internet, which is no more than price gouging when compared to every lower end hotel chains that provide free internet ---

We recently stayed at the Westin Buckhead and had the best hotel stay ever! From the moment we checked in, we felt like part of the family. The valet guys are very helpful and the front desk is super friendly. The concierge seems to know everything about Atlanta. The hotel driver is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Westin Buckhead for a great time in Atlanta!

The Westin Buckhead is a classy upscale hotel. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathrooms have double showerheads. Great business amenities, although one has to pay extra for internet access. All in all a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Staff was very friendly, especially the hotels driver. Rooms were very clean except the paint on the wall behind the TV. I assume that is from the old tube TV?s the hotel use to have. Our room had a huge LCD TV but we spent most of our time at the mall or at Dantana?s. It is not part of the hotel, but in the same building?great outdoor area for drinks! Lots of art work around the hotel.

The Buckhead Westin is quite acceptable; entry is not very attractive but stairs to registration desk is attractive. Only paper cups and plastic cups in rooms and ran out of shampoo and conditioner. Bar was busy and understaffed. Breakfast menu in restaurant was limited and not as interesting as room service. But location was good and front desk and valet very helpful.

Easy in and out access to the parking garage and great location to the Lenox Mall and restaurants. The pressure of the water in the bathroom sink. Very nice hotel and great location.

The staff was nice. The rooms were outdated and dirty. The pool had no hot tub. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The Westin was in a great location, but that is where the good things end. The room was very out dated. They put a flat screen in the room and that was all. It was not even hung up on the wall. The bed was all stained and old, the hotel is supposed to be known for their awesome beds, but I did not see any of that. I would not go back to the hotel or recommend it to anyone. And the palm restaurant was horrible for breakfast. It was over priced and the food was not good at all.

"Individuals who fought physically and verbally all night occupied the room next to ours at The Westin Buckhead. We called the hotel front desk twice and only were spoken once about the situation. This is unacceptable; we felt very UNSAFE in this hotel. No apologies, nothing.. This is horrible customer service. However, the valet staff and bellboy were very attentive."

Proximity to malls and Marta, great shower. Dim lighting, expensive parking ($19), paid internet. Formerly the Swisshotel, the Westin at Lenox has a fantastic location. The room is average size, but the bathroom is very large. The shower has a best shower head I've ever felt. Parking was a hassle. Self-parking required stopping by a validation desk each time we left. Bulbs are so dim in the room that they had to add lamps, which occupied every electrical outlet. (Could not charge my phone bedside). Clock radio is terrible and doesn't have an iPod dock.

"NOT a 4 star hotel. The carpeting was like outdoor (patio) carpeting. The television was an old convex screen model, sitting out on the dresser..not even a pseudo flat screen. Parking $17.00/night, internet access $10.00/night ..when paying extra to stay in a ""higher end hotel"" these ammenities should be included. I would not spend the money to stay here again. Could stay at an ""inn"" & get free parking, free internet access & be just as comfortable,..for 1/2 the price.On the plus side, the room was very clean & quiet..& did I mention the bed?? Heavenly! but not worth the extra $$. "

Convenient location with friendly, professional staff. Furniture was slightly worn. Modern hotel, with a beautifully kept lobby. Popular with groups holding meetings. Also has a well equipped fitness room. Staff was personable and professional. The rooms are modern, although some of the furnishings and carpet seemed a bit warm. Nothing too major to complain about. The bathrooms were modern.
