First rate hotel, but a little pricy. It's in a good location with about a 10-15 walk to the downtown harbor area.

Nicely decorated, comfortable beds. The AC was very loud when it turned off. Self parking they charge you buy the hour. There is not a daily rate you pay every time you leave. We were in town to check out the US Naval Academy. Although it was close it was definitely not within walking distance. The staff was polite and helpful when assistance was needed.

Glad to reuse towels, but sometimes an extra bath towel comes in handy. Bathrobes would be a nice touch, too. Nice hotel, good service, but $22 per day for valet parking is too much, especially when tips are given, too.

Spent a weekend at this hotel visiting the Naval Academy. It was an extremely pleasurable experience. Hotel and its STAFF are 5-star! We were as comfortable as we could have possibly been at any hotel.

This hotel is A+ in my estimation/the hotel, location, staff, and restaurants are all excellent. The charge for parking I thought was much! Excellent! We loved the complimentary shuttle van!

The hotel was first class along with its very friendly and attentive staff. We stayed at this hotel believing that it would be a short walking distance to the boat show. However, that was not the case. Shuttle service between show and hotel was very inconsistent and several times we ended up paying for a taxi to get back to the hotel. We could have stayed at a much less expensive hotel that would have provided shuttle service to downtown.

My husband and I were looking for a little getaway and we decided to stay at the Westin in Annapolis. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences we have had in a while. Everyone, from the valet staff to the front desk staff went out of their way to give us great customer service. They called us by our names the whole stay there and made us feel very comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very stylish and the heavenly shower was out of this world. We stayed in for the most part and order room service. They food was good and it didn't take long time. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Annapolis. We are definetely coming back.

The staff was wonderful, the facility was beautiful, clean and I enjoyed the ability to walk to surrounding restaurants and downtown. The bar selection could have been improved, particularly in the beer selection But overall it was a great experience.

Wanted to get a way Labor Day weekend to a place that was not packed and overcrowded. A friend of mine suggested Annapolis so we decided to go with it. The staff at the Hotel, especially the concierge CJ was amazing. Prior to arriving he set us up with dinner reservations and a private sailboat charter. They were very attentive and willing to help in any way they could. The property is brand new and the area was still under some construction at the time we were there but you could tell when everything is finished it is going to be an incredible property. We stayed in a Junior Suite which we were upgraded too and the Heavenly Bed was definitely Heavenly. Westin held up to its standards and didn't let us down. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go somewhere for a quiet relaxing off the beaten path weekend somewhere by the water.

Every move you make at this hotel, they charge you extra! Although new, there are NO SIGNS to direct you to customer self parking, and if you use valet parking, they charge you * for every 24 hours! Next, I went up to my room... powered up my laptop, and discovered that they wanted to charge me * a day (in spite of the high room rate) for WiFi....! You have to get a key & unlock the refridgerator in the room if you want to put any of your own items in it... It's one of those obnoxious, automated min bars I called the service manager... I told her for the room rate that this hotel should include these services w/ the room. The hotel shouldn't be shaking down its guests for more money at every turn... It's not like it's in Manhattan! All I got was 'I'm sorry sir" I am now down in the lobby using the free WiFi, and now I refuse to buy a cocktail as I'm so livid I refuse to give them anymore of my money! Then I find out, in spite of it advertising that it has a spa (it deosn't yet it's still not finished) it has no REAL health club!!!! Just some machines in a room...No free weights... an unattended room.... usually having a 'spa' implies that they also have a real health club. They didn't even have an outside health club to refer me to! It's a beautiful, new facility although the decor is a bit 'cold'... If you get weary of beige easily, this is not the place for you!

Poor quality iron nearly ruined new shirt (it was a new iron, but cheap).

New and beautiful. Bathroom was poorly designed, especially the lighting. The square mirror had lights all around, giving you square eyeballs and making you zombie-like. The staff was great. The hotel is new and beautiful, particularly the lobby and bar/lounge. There are complimentary bicycles, which is a nice touch. The bathroom had a poor design, with a large, heavy door and very poor lighting, too bright and ghoulish around the square mirror and too dark elsewhere.

Beds were very comfortable, hotel very clean. Room was very small (2 queens, 1 desk chair and 1 upholstered chair).

Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Mattress sagged in the middle, cover was very heavy. The Westin Annapolis is very conveniently located on West Street, and is just minutes from Rowe Boulevard, the gateway to Annapolis. There were no problems with our reservation. Staff was courteous and helpful - the valet parking attendants (I was in and out several times), reception staff, bell staff and Azure dining staff. The facility was spotlessly clean. Our pug was welcomed, and we noticed several other guests with small dogs. Overall, an excellent experience.

the location in Annapolis is perfect. It is close to shops/restaurants and the Naval Academy. I can't think of anything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

Liked the view from out room and the comfortable bed, and black out curtains. You have to pay for parking. Rooms are comfortable, short walk to stores, and restaurants. Downtown is a good 15 minute walk.
