They have friendly staffs and comfortable rooms, but they need to have better alarm and electrical systems. During the first night of stay, they have a problem with their fire alarm and it sounds at 6am - 7am. Every guests in the hotel was woke up and went down to the lobby. It took them one hour to stop the sound. On the 3rd morning of our stay, they have electrical problem and there was no hot water. I was literally taking a shower with cold water. These things are not acceptable for a 3 - 4 stars hotel!!!

Clean; friendly; extra comforts such as nice linen and comfortable bed. Good TV and internet access. Charged $12.00/day for internet which is a service I feel should be free or worked into the cost of a room.

Very clean, comfortable room. Stay far away from the taxis here; they are extremely expensive and dishonest in our experience. Dining prices quite expensive for the money. It is a nice hotel near the airport, but can get pricey very quick if you're not careful.

Location. Halls need to be updated. They are old and dark. Typical for a Westin. It has good things and then things that are dated and need to be redone. The halls are really shocking for a Westin. Old carpets, not enough lighting and dingy walls.

Very comfortable. Restaurant staff was slow to offer a drink or menu - waited 20 minutes before flagging someone down. Stopover hotel - not much around, but close to the airport and very comfortable and good shuttle bus service.

What a wonderful place! The Quartet singing in the lobby was an wonderful bonus! Absolutely nothing! What a great stay we had. Our girls had the whole pool to themselves. When I phoned to confirm our late arrival, the staff were just super, giving us an upgraded room with an amazing view. The kids were blown away and couldn't stop talking about it.

The hotel was clean, customer service was nice and helpful. The distance between the hotel and downtown. I really enjoyed my stay .Other then the distance between the hotel and downtown it was a very clean and nice place to stay.
