The hotel was great. We had a corner suite, which was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The service was excellent and the location very convenient to public transport. The hotel is located on the eastern side of downtown, so it's not in the upscale "west end" part, but there were tons of reasonably priced restaurants, pubs, and even a grocery store all within just a couple of blocks of the hotel, which was great. The suites all have a mini-kitchen (no stove, but there was an oven, microwave, toaster, & dishwasher) which made breakfast and late night snacks easy.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Very positive experience. The room was very large with a separate bedroom and a living room with a wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

The hotel is situated a great location, just blocks from Yaletown, Robson Street, waterfront (including the Olympic improvements), and Davie Street. It's not too far from the freeways and we parked in the hotel and drove to Commercial Drive and Richmond.

Lovely room, friendly employees. Had to pay an extra 20.00 plus tax for two beds rather than one. This is a nice hotel but we had already paid Priceline and didn't appreciate having to pay an additional $23 dollars to the hotel for two beds instead of just the one bed in the originally assigned room. Also, the hotel is a long distance from the airport and is several blocks from their "Air porter"shuttle service drop off so an expensive cab ride is required to this hotel.

Most friendly people, very, very helpful. Room was spotless, quiet. Nice to have kitchenette. The bellmen were especially helpful. A concierge, Meaghean, was terrific. great location. A very good experience.A mirror or two could easily be added to the bedroom.

The bathroom was nice. Slowest elevators ever! A very small bedroom with a queen sized bed, one robe, one glass in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all and we had a terrible nights sleep. The elevators were incredibly slow and just getting up and down from the room was a task. The parking garage was tiny and the spaces were very tight.

The location, food, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, and comfort were all beyond reproach. We plan to return to Vancouver and would not consider another hotel. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world in the past 45 years, many more plush, but none any better.

Convenient location, excellent breakfast, and helpful concierge. We had three rooms for 5 family members. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with expansive views of the Vancouver skyline. The rooms included small kitchens. We were able to bring in dinner one night and the dishes and flatware were available for our use. There was even a microwave oven. The sitting area had enough chairs for us to watch a movie together one night. It was a great place for our family.
