The staff at this hotel was very rude...if you need something, they push you off to another person, (then another, then another, etc....). My husband and I were at the pool on a 112 degree day and no one would get into the pool becuase it was so dirty

Need to reassess how they appear to their customers. Being cheap as referred to with the robes and excessive prices in the restaurant will not draw people back.

I booked the hotel online and asked for two double beds for 4. In a week or so I confirmed that we would have two double beds and was assured that was the case. When we arrived around 6 PM our room was NOT ready. We went to eat. When we returned, we were told that we would have a room with one king bed. We told them that wasn't what we wanted. They said it was the only option for us. Needless to say, we weren't happy campers.

This hotel is very nice. The restaurant if very expensive. The room was very comfortable. The only flaw was the mess a worker left in the bathroom. It also smelled like fresh paint. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Excellent location if you want away from the craziness of the Strip. Staff was superb from the front desk to the House Keeping. Try out the casino as its small and personable and you get better attention thean any large casino. Resturant was expensive, but the hotel is close to lots of very good options. Pool is small but nice. Fitness center was larger than most. Rooms were not huge but very clean and quiet. Again great location and personable.

your enterance into the hotel / casinos is ruined by an over wheming foral scent. Beware if you allergies. There is a private pool for the hotel with plenty of chairs and towels but the pool is small. The double rooms have great shower heads and comfortable beds, we thought we going to get the typical double with queen beds but the beds were only doubles. The overall size of the room is on the small size. The most noticable thing is the stains and poor condition of the carpet in the hallways.

With-out letting us know up front they tack on a $10.00 per day service fee. They call it a resort fee, but after just spending two days at the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino there is no way I would call this place a resort. I have never been charged a resort fee at any other place I've stayed and was pretty upset about it. I will have to think twice about staying at another Westin Hotel in the future.

Very Nice room. Can't say enough about the Hevenly Bed. Casino is ok for senior citizens but not if you like the excitement of the strip, its kinda boring. Food is too exspensive. Need to put a priority on getting the elevators fixed.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel. It is dated and needs some serious updating. The small pool was located practically in a parking lot with a view of an overpass and electrical towers. There was no customer service - no one offered to take our bags up or opened the doors or helped us with anything. The hotel is two blocks off the strip and you have to walk through an abandoned gravel lot with graffiti and broken glass and then under the monorail to get to the strip.

As always, felt pampered at the Westin. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. Just a quick walk to the Strip. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay and the food at the restaurant was great but there are no quiet areas to retreat to in the morning before your spouse wakes up.

Everyone was very nice. Nice, small casino downstairs with blackjack, roulette and craps. $5 BJ tables make it easy to go downstairs to burn 20 minutes or so. The walk to the strip was not bad at all--about 5 minutes--especially if you'll be walking up and down the strip all day anyway. It feels nice to get away from the strip when you want some peace and quiet in the room anyway. Room was nice and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Even though people say huh?
