I arrived at the hotel for check in around 1 a.m. The staff was extremely friendly but the check in process took at least 20 minutes. They did offer a voucher for 2 for breakfast for my wait which I thought was very good. When I finally got to my room the tv was not hooked up properly so it was the next day before I was able to turn it on. I also had to ask for an iron to be brought to the room. They were going through some remodeling while I was there so I didn't fuss too much about these things. Other than that the service and hotel was great. I'll probably return to this hotel again.

The staff at check-in were very hospitable and "upgraded" my room. The hotel is about to go through a major remodeling so the "Excuitve floor" had closed its lounge. I'm sure that had something to do with giving me the room at a lower cost, but I did appreciate the upgrade. The room overall was great. Loved the shower (double head) and the bed was one of the best I have slept in at a hontel anywhere.. The cleaning crew did a great job, but I wish they wouldn't have gone around at 8:00 AM knocking on doors with a coin. They didn't knock on mine because I did have the privacy slip, but they were so loud it woke me up anyway. I think 19.95 a day for internet access was excessive. Most of the hotels I have stayed in lately it was free. We ate at the hotel dining room the first night because we didn't want to go out. The food waas not prepared as requested and the waiter never even came back to fill our water glasses. We ate out New Years eve at a great Atlanta restaurant. On New Years night we found out that the hotel offered free rides to nearby restaurants. I thought that was a great perk as we could have a few drinks without having to drive. The hotel also offered free transportation to and from the airport and MARTA. We were able to go to many locations in the city without having to drive and find parking. Again, a great perk that we appreciated. While I didn't like the internet costs and the dining room, the great room and the superb hospitality we were shown made up for it. I will stay there again when visiting Atlanta

Reasonably comfortable airport hotel experience. But from the way over-priced breakfast buffet and having to pay for my parking, I left with a bad taste in my mouth and won't be back.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. I had all rights to expect much more from the name of Westin and the price of * per a night. Reasons: - a very noisy party on the 4th floor hall untill 4 AM - so I had only 5 hrs sleep - paid parking - no t even continental breafast included - cafeteria; very high price, very poor service - waitress missing basic training - no info regarding directions to the airport, rental car place... - poor, underskilled personell - small room - no refrigerator; instead an ugly trap - very expensive vending machine directly charging my account. The only possitive impression was a nice, professional, and helpful receptionist.

This hotel was very nice, as expected for a Westin. The construction going on wasn't nice, but it will look great once completed. Heavenly Bed was truly heavenly! I asked for a baby cot and one was sent up right away.

Good location and friendly staff. Bathroom was clean, but needed attention with some updates (toilet seat). Air conditioner did not work and was initially fixed, but stopped working the morning of check out.

I have had the opportunity to stay at the Westin Atlanta Airport on at least three occasions this year and was thoroughly pleased. This last time I was especially impressed with the recent remodeling being done to the room. The outside was unsightly due to re-landscaping but I'm sure on my next trip I will see that is was all worthwhile. Very, Very pleased with my stay and the customer service. Rooms were outstanding I would recommend the Westin to all my friends visiting the area and I surely look forward to returning soon!

Loved the shower (double head) and the bed was great. However, room smelled like smoke and other associates said the same--their rooms also smelled like smoke. They need to use some serious air cleaning. Close to the airport, and the free shuttle is very convenient. Also will take you to restaurants and stores although I did not use this service. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good although I'm no authority and didn't eat most of the dishes since I'm a vegetarian.

4 star hotel with 3 star accommodations. Make sure to bring ear plugs until the parties quiet down and be prepared with towns of renevations.

This hotel is presently under renovation and will be beautiful upon completion. I wish that someone would have told me it was under construction. The hallways and common areas are still un renovated.

Hotel is very hard to find as it's located off a small street. Poor signage off the highway makes it nearly impossible to find at night. The front of the hotel is under construction. Reception area is tiny and crammed into a small space - presumably due to renovation. Front desk clerks are frazzled and shout out over the lobby din for people to check-in/out affording no privacy. Situation is beyond ridiculous.

Lovely rooms, construction a bit painful but that will ultimately improve the experience so I can't ding them for that.

The Westin is a 4-star hotel, currently undergoing renovation. However, the room was very accomodating for a business traveler, the hotel had the best fitness center I have ever seen for a hotel, flat screen tvs in the room, and was relatively quiet for an airport hotel that serves many travelers.

I was overcharged for parking. The hotel is under construction. The very small lobby and valet area are an absolute mess. The hotel and construction company has done a poor job in blocking off areas that you should not enter. Additionally, the whole front of the hotel and parking lot is poorly lit. This is also very dangerous with the construction (and for security reasons). There were many people wondering around the parking area at 12 AM. This left me very uneasy. I would not recommend this hotel.

I did like the hotel although the construction or renovation was annoying. While the food in the restaurant was very good, there was really no choice to eat anywhere else. Nothing that you could walk to so if you did not have a car you were stuck. Also there was no gift shop to go to to buy a drink or snack or other things you might want or need.
