My family and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. When booking a room online at a new place, you can never be too certain about what kind of place you will be staying at. However, when we arrived we were all very pleased. The price was VERY reasonable and we feel that we could not have found a better room in Branson for cheaper-and here we even had our own kitchen and bedroom! A previous review I had read had mentioned there not being enough towels in the room. However, I would have to disagree with this because the room, as well as the pool area, was fully stocked with towels. The view from this hotel was gorgeous and we liked the idea that we were a couple miles from town. Previous reviews that I had read mentioned the walls being really thin. I would have to agree with this, but it really was not much of an issue at all. Afterall, we did have a 9 month old with us. Overall, I just felt a neighborally vibe from other guests in the surrounding rooms. This hotel also offered many activities, especially geared towards young children. We also found it very nice that trial backs of laundry and dish soap were provided. I would suggest this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying here again!

Close to lake, full kitchen, washer dryer and modern. You could hear noise from apartments around us. This was well worth the money we spent! It was nice having a full kitchen, bedroom, & living room, & being able to walk out the door & see the lake. The downside is that it wasn't as clean as we would have liked, & you could hear the people in apartments around you.

Nice room, nice view. Could hear everything that was going on in the room next to us and the room right above us and everybody walking by outside. I know this happens but it seemed a lot worse than any other place I have stayed. Will probably look for another place the next time that we go for a visit.

Very nice facility! Beautiful view of the lake! Only one thing,the floors and walls are too thin! I could lay in bed and actually hear a complete conversation from another room. Don't stay on the lower level. Our stay was during the early spring and we figured it would be fairly peaceful.

Beautiful location. Great having a kitchen of our own. Wish they had a restaurant. Room needed shades rather than blinds -outside light shown into bedroom. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms decor very pleasant. Beautiful view of the lake.

The Westgate Emerald Pointe Resort was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We liked the large jacuzzi tub, the 2 TV sets, and the compact washer/dryer. There was a nice screened-in porch on the back facing Table Rock Lake. We enjoyed the large amount of space - it was almost like a small apartment! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The only problem we encountered during our 4-night stay was the noise. The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear everything going on in the room beside us and above us (including footsteps, coughing,talking and dishwashing). It was very annoying, especially late at night and early in the morning. Everything else about the resort was great! If you don't mind the noise, its a good place to stay.

Location,and room facilities. Beds not very comfortable. Great location, although we didn't choose a room with a water view it was still very nice. Relaxing atmosphere, loved the condo set up and floor plan. Clean and nice environment.

Westgate Emerald Pointe Resort appeared to be a very nice place to stay. That is why we were so suprised by the lack of concern when a problem arose. There was a rain storm on 6/27 and the rain leaked thur the window and soaked our clothes that were in our suitcase by the window and also ruined my husband's phone which was on a charger by the window. We brought this to the attention of the resort staff on three separate occasions and were met with nonchalance. We were even told that the staff was aware of the problem and that maintenance would take care of the mess. Nothing was done. I even contacted the manager of customer service, on two separate occasions and my calls were not returned. We were very disappointed in the lack of customer service at the resort and would not recommed a stay there.

Very clean, beautiful seating, accommodating staff, spacious rooms. Breath taking views; close to Branson, This location turned out to be on of the most delightful things in our trip.

The location was beautiful and accessible to many different things and areas. The bed was not the most comfortable and no kiddie pool.

Cleanliness, comfort, convenience for parking. We love staying there. Security was somewhat lax. We were able to drive right in after 10:00 at night. We love staying at Westgate Emerald Pointe. It is a beautiful setting. The condos are very clean and comfortable.

Location. The bad room reeked of something awful. Could not sleep well because of the awful odor. We have an 18 month old son who naps late morning. Checkout is at 10am (his naptime) and they would only give us an additional hour before charging us for staying late. The maid circled outside our door for 15 minutes giving dirty looks until we checked out.
