This listing on orbitz is VERY MISLEADING! IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH PETS.. DONT BOOK!! It says "Pets are OK", but they fail to mention the not so reasonable nominal fee thats associated per night stay! The staff was not willing to reverse any charges, even though I notified them I was bring pets a month before my stay! Poor staffing on documenting my notification to them has cost me just as much as my stay! WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Heated swimming pool. Small rooms. For the price this place was great, clean rooms and friendly staff eager to please. Breakfast was acceptable pool was heated and it was convenient to Disney, sea world those places.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The housekeeping staff was exceptional--housekeeping stopped by to try to clean the room, but we requested she stop back later after we had time to get up. She stopped by again an hour or so later, but we still had not gotten up since we had such a long day at the parks the day before. When we finally left the room after 1pm, the lady saw us leave. Even though we told her she did not have to service the room that day since we slept in so late, she took the time to make the beds, give us fresh towels, etc. anyway. We were very surprised and appreciated the extra effort.

The Hotel was basic,good for the price,Only complaint would be the staff waking me up every morning for silly stuff calling the room.But for a Disney World Vacation it was quite convenent.

This motel was a long 5 miles from Disney. It is very old and seems a bit run down. The continental breakfast was marginal, but the area was clean and well stocked. We go to Orlando a lot and definitely would not choose this place again. We have stayed at much nicer places with the same rating and price range, and a LOT closer to "the heart of everything!"

the hotel is very close to disney and other attractions. alot of good places to eat, traffic is some what bad. the hotel is all the way at the end of hwy192, kind of out of the way place. but the staff was really nice and helpful,we enjoyed our stay and the pool was nice, the bar and pool table was nice for grown ups will stay again.

Horrible experience from the moment we entered that lobby. Unfriendly staff could not have cared less about our stay at this facility. No name tag, would not supply name, would not call manager when asked to remedy the 'free wireless internet in all rooms' lie. Not a very convenient location and the free shuttle will take you 3 hours to get to a location 20 minutes away.

Didn't use any of the amenities other that the internet but was very happy with check in, cleanliness of the room and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast ends at 9 am.

I loved the lady at the front desk. It was to far from Universal. But close enough to other interest. Beautiful pool area, room had a slite odor. nice bar.

room was ok, clean. problem was check-in and check-out. receptionist on check in was slow, but did tell me how to get to room and where to park. check out was nothing. computer was down. i was charged a resort fee of 3.00, which i paid, but weren't able to provide any paper for my stay.
