Had my doubts about this place bc of Inglewood's reputation, but I gave it a chance. The area is not scary at all, but it's nothing fancy and beautiful to look at. Just average. The service was not that great, they don't know much about directions, but if you ask for something they'll do it for you. The elevator smelled funny and was really creepy, the hallway smelled funny too but my room didn't smell bad, thank goodness. The room was decent. Nothing fancy or pretty, just cheap and basic. It has T.V. with some cable shows, a cold mini fridge, and clean sheets. The maids offered to change my sheets and replace towels each morning. They were nice. The room's a/c sucks...it gets super cold if you put it on low. No big deal though. The place has bus stops near by that ain't too far from venice beach, hollywood, china town, and the airport. It also has a great breakfast place down the street called Norma's. Delicious!

Great place for the cash, room was tidy, came with fridge and microwave, no alarm clock though, had to buy one, small deposit for key, remote, and phone. The elevator had an expired inspection paper posted, but I survived.

OK. I,m a simple no B.S. guy I just needed a clean place for a shower and some sleep, for the money I payed it was just that. When I arrived the room was small but adaquate. The conditions were clean quiet and free from unpleasant smells, there was clean sheets and towels daily. On the down side there were few TV channels to choose from and the lack of labels on the under window HVAC unit made it difficult to see if it was working. The weather was moderat at the time I stayed so this wasn't a deal breaker. True the neighborhood is a little rough but I wasn't worried within the confines of the Motel property. still you can't beat the price or lack of it.

this property is located in a working class area so some people might feel more comfortable in the more expensive properties closer to lax. But my wallet and I love this place. Its clean, quiet and convienent to Venice Beach which I like to visit. If you need a no frills place to store your gear, and cop a few z's after a day at the beach this is it.

Nice simple clean motel that looks better in the courtyard and inside rooms than from street. Disappointed that they wanted a deposit for the TV remote, a sign of a cheap and unfriendly joint.

I stayed there for a week, Small, old, cheap (not a bargain, it is cheap because it is bad). They say rooms were updated???? A lot of short stays traffic ("occasional visitors") all night long. It appears that the other reviews were written by the hotel's employees or owners. I am not going back there.

Despite being a bit noisy, the price was great! The only funny thing was that remote's for the televisions are kept in the office, and there is a $5 deposit for its use. I guess that only works if the staff can find the remote that goes to the television in your room.

I would have been happy if they served margarine instead of liquid margarine, milk for coffee,and cereal. They had only waffles and donuts. AND you had to pay to print a boarding pass!

Big rooms. It's actually very clean. The outer appearance. It might look old outside, the rooms are better than the outer appearance, they are clean and big, and I like the bed, I had a good sleep.

The fact that room had microwave. The room's outside did not look as nice as the ones we saw near front desk. Not all rooms looked nice like the ones near front desk . The elevator (2person) did not look too safe. Inside room looked OK. Simple. But I liked the microwave.

This was truly an all round great experience and I would be staying here on my next visits to LA. The owners were truly wounderful and helpful. They provided me with information needed to make my stay all that it was. I look forward to going back there soon.

Best price, not too far from airport if you have a car. Wouldn't recommend walking in the area at night. Best price for the money, clean, basic breakfast.
