| We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. all in all a very pleasent stay. the room was somewhat smaller than shown on the web site, but never the less still very nice.very friendly staff and agood breakfast. we did not eat in the hotel in the evenings |

| The hotel is as expensive as some of the chains. It wasn't dear compared to other hotels in the British seaside.. The guys doing the breakfast were brilliant though. Fast, efficient and very amenable to all. Usual problem of stupid young people who can't take their drink shouting on the landing at 3 a.m. "Cos it's clever" |

| Booked exective room got family room at back of hotel , needed to leave windows open due to smell of room being shut up or not being used very often. food good ,very clean but only shoud be rated as a b/b needs up dating. |

| I would recommend this hotel. It was a wonderful place to stay. From when you walk through the front doors the staff can not do enough for you. The next time I am in Southsea i will stop at this hotel again |

| Basically a B&B, room was very dated, however bed was comfortable and everything worked ok. We had an "executive" room but this had the appearance of a typical B&B room from about 20 years ago and so not really worth the price. Friendly staff, breakfast OK. |

| Got what we paid for. Decor is a little dated, but it is clean and comfortable. Bit noisy during the day when cleaning going on but in general a comfortable and value for money hotel. |
