Our stay was for shopping at the nearby outlet store. Hotel was just a few minutes away. Room is good for the price we paid. Registration desk location was not very obvious as common to this type of Casino hotels. But, overall, good hotel even with small kids.

We just stayed one night. The best part of the facility was that it backed up right to the marina which had a great trail for dog-walking, skating, and other activities.

this hotel was ok, reserved 2 rooms weeks ahead of time and when we arrived, they couldn't give us the rooms next to each other. Requested no smoking, one of the rooms was a smoking room, the other was a handicap. They charge you a deposit for the remote control, $50.00. The clerk told my relative one thing and the other clerk told me something else, they rules change. Room was not clean, needed to be vacuumed. No coffee pot in room, coffee shop didn't open until 8am, drove down the block to McDonalds. No hairdryer, if you stay bring everything. Next time I'll stay at a larger hotel.

If you are looking for a place to sleep, a hot shower and a very clean room, this is the place! The Casino is fun, many locals go there. The restaurants are very good, especially the Steak House. We would stay there again when we come to Reno. Located right on the Marina. Great for walking, jogging or strolling with your pet. Ample parking with security cameras.

Check-in was very slow. When I checked out, I was told that I could not obtain a receipt until after 9:00 A.M., and they would not mail it to me.

Had a comfortable night's sleep before traveling on. The bathroom didn't have an electrical outlet that would work with our hair dryer and the rooms don't have a hair dryer supplyed by the hotel. We had a very nice stay!

This hotel was only reserved for a stop to and from a family reunion at the Laughlin River Run. Our family has a motorcycle club jacket with an eagle on it and our name. We are chartered by the AMA . (American Motorcycle Association) I made the hotel reservations myself. When our sons went to eat breakfast, security stopped them and said they had leave or take off their jackets. My son asked if they were Vet Patches or Riders for Christ emblems , then would it make a difference? Security said, Yes, it would be different ! They left the hotel. My husband is a retired criminal investigator and thinks that security is uneducated and I say they discriminate. We are not an " Outlaw 1% " biker gang and I am outraged that my kids were treated this way. They did not cause any trouble and they I feel the hotel/security was asking for trouble. One of my sons is a minister and they are in their middle and late 30's so it isn't like they were teens out to have some wild fun. Take this one off your list!! E.J. KAISER

Check in is located in the middle of the casino across from hotel - Great location if you want to gamble and breathe in the smoke-filled air, not so good for just checking in and going to your room. This is an older establishment which has updated their rooms with tacky black and gold leaf moldings, wallcoverings, etc. The room itself was clean though. We had requested a king sized bed and non-smoking room. However, all they had available when we checked in were smoking rooms with two beds. Note: They issue you a remote for the TV with your room key - says something about the quality of clientelle they have in the hotel. They were out of remotes when I checked in and said I'd have to return later for one. Since there are controls on the tv, I opted to live without the remote. When you check out you are supposed to return the room key card and the remote. I told them they didn't have any remotes available when I checked in, and they were fine with that answer, so if you are one of those remote thieves, now you have a way around their current "save our remote" program! Why would anyone want another remote - doesn't everyone have too many already?
