We had never been here before and was unsure what to expect, but we were treated very well here. The rooms were clean with a comfortable temperature and atmosphere. The staff VERY polite and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience all around. We will defineately be back!!

The hotel is in good location, quiet, friendly staff, and very clean room. It has a pool, basketball court, tetherball, horseshoe, picnic area with BBQ. The property seems to have older building, which is more like motel rooms and newer building (deluxe) which is more like hotel rooms. We stayed in the deluxe room, which had vaulted ceiling, fireplace, AC, balcony, mini-bar area with fridge and microwave. The hotel sign is a little hard to see from the road. The pool could use a bit more chlorine. We will definitely stay in the deluxe room again.

Positives: Excellent location 6 miles from the southern entrance to Sequoia NP. Nice, very big room. Nice swimming pool. Great free breakfast. Had all the typical amenities - free internet, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Negatives: Bathroom had very old (and very odd) fixtures. Towels were old. Bottom line: Price, location, and amenities more than make up for the antique bathroom.

Hotel was clean and close to Sequoia National Park Walls were thin allowing for sound from outside. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was extra firm and pillows small. You could hear any noise from outside and the next room. The hotel is a good value for somebody wanting to get an early start going to Sequoia National Park. Overall the room was better than I expected for the price.

i had one queen bed room. it was on second floor and the room was clean, big, and nice. quiet neighbor. the location was not easy for me. the sigh was not big and not easy to find. tv remote did not work, so it was littele unconvinient. however, i never stayed like this room with this cost. i really enjoyed my stay. i could relax because of high ceilling and big room. front lady was friendly too. if i go to sequoia, i am sure i will be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Older rooms, facilities needed upgrading, and dated. A bit rough, but just enough.

Everything was fine except for two thing. The maid forgot to put some of the items back after she cleaned the room (the trashcan and stuff like that). The other thing was that we could not get conected to the internet because something happened with the AT&T satelite. Overall, very good place to stay. All the other ammenities and services worked ok. Highly reccommended!!!!

The area was beautiful and we loved that it was pet friendly! My daughter found a bug in the bathroom. It was a good place to stay with children, pets, and friends. We enjoyed the river in the back and loved the mini coffee shop!

We stayed at the hotel before and after a backpacking trip into Sequoia and Kings Canyon National parks. The room was fine and the pool great. There was also a basketball goal which we used. The staff was very friendsly and gave good advice on local restaurants and travel. We enjoyed breakfast, which included waffles and hard boiled eggs, but one day the milk seemed off.
