Nice place for the family. We checked in late and luckily got promoted to a family suite.

Proximity to park, nice breakfast. Uncomfortable beds. Nice breakfast and pool area, clean room and facilities, but bed was uncomfortable.

The pool was freezing cold could hardly stand to be in it. Big room but awful pillows, so flat you might as well had nothing.

We were looking for a good location for entrance to West Yellowstone. Found it. Wanted to be able to walk to restaurants in the evening, the hotel was 2 blocks from a variety. This is a find we will return to again. P S. [...] was great at the desk.

Convenient, breakfast, nice room. Parking only at one end of the building. Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

We used the room as our base to explore the town and the park from. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area looked top quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any and all issues, including issues regarding the hotel, the town, and the park. The deluxe continental breakfast included the basics with self-serve waffle makers. The only improvement I would like to see here is an upgrade to the televisions and programming for the time spent recuperating in the room after long days exploring the area.

Large room. Television reception unacceptable, unable to watch because of extremely poor reception. Except for TV problem, hotel was a nice place to stay.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful: they remind me the whole town closes early before Memorial day since it's not officially summer yet. Had 2 great nights sleep at this hotel (quite and clean room) and the breakfast is of decent variety and quality.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and affordable. The employees at the hotel were very sloppy looking they needed a uniform. I feel I got what I played for. The rooms were big and clean. I was pleased that it was represented correctly on your web sight.

The Yellowstone Lodge is very close to the West entrance to Yellowstone. The staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was very good (and the hours convenient). The room was nice, with a good refrigerator and a microwave, which we used to keep our eating out expenses down. Enjoyed the stay there.

The Yellowstone Lodge was a good value during the Labor Day weekend. The room was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Although the hall carpets could be replaced, the rest of the hotel was satisfactory.

Everything was fine except lighting had hit their router and they said they hadnt got it fixed yet I would have to come to the lobby to use my laptop one of the reason I choose this hotel was they advertised wireless hi-fi but it worked out okay I was able to ping off the hotel across the street

The Yellowstone Lodge is a relatively new property, and everything was thus fresh and new appearing. The immediate observation by all members of the party was of the large size of the double queen room. I can't remember when I have had such a large room in this price category. The mattress was comfortable, the TV a large flat screen. We made use of the 24 hour guest laundry which was competitively priced and efficient although there are only two machines and dryers. The continental breakfast was excelelnt and constantly stocked. Although we ate near the end of the breakfast hours and the hotel was full, there was still plenty of food available when we arrived. The location is similar to most West Yellowstone Hotels in that it is within a mile of the West Yellowstone National Park entrance.

my room for 2 nights was next to pool, room smelled of chemicals and harmonic sound from equipment was prevalent, notably when ready to sleep. The bathroom had what appeared to be mold upon ceiling. I left a card in customer comment nox at front desk upon checkout, now a week later, no acknowledgement. On the up side, room appointed nicedly with all sorts of goodies, including plush Martex towels, and 2 sinks.

overall stay was just o.k., your basic newer motel with a little extra for free breakfast. on the plus side, if you can't stay in yellowstone park, then west yellowstone is a good alternative and this is newer with a/c and a good location, walk to restaurants, visitor station, imax,etc.. first day, essentially no room cleanup, just dirty towell swap, and overall cleaning staff a little subpar. would recommend only in july when a/c may be needed, otherwise make an effort to stay in the awesome park where your time should be spent. appeared in checking that can be done even at last minute if willing to split locations. first trip to yellowstone which we liked better than hawaii, but learned it is very large so best to go closer to early or late summer and stay in park (no a/c) to save drive time and enjoy nature.
