Decent little hotel well placed in Wellington CBD with a parking nearby (behind the hotel). The rooms are small, clean but do not have air con. There is a restaurant with above average food. Basically good value for money as long as your expectations are not too high.

Very helpful and friendly staff, room was a litlle tight for space and quite a noisy street although managed to sleep ok. The bathroom was, very tired and out dated.

Bathroom floor had shoe marks on it and hair. Variety of wines in mini bar very poor, my choice was Montana Chardonnay or Red NO Sauv Blanc or Pinot Gris, NO real selection of beers either.

Room was comfortable but it would have been better if we had 2 chairs to be able to sit and watch TV or read. 1 arm chair is a bit ridiculous for a double room.

Our stay was in early February 2009. The hotel was ideally located for all amenities and at a very affordable rate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an excellent choice of complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great location in the city centre. Parking is a bonus so close to the hotel and city centre. Complimentary breakfast is the buffet cooked and continental breakfast which was very nice. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again if need a pit stop in Wellington.
