This was a great value. The room was in good condition and very clean. It was in a good location right off of I-20 and was convenient to several inexpensive restaurants. My morning commute into downtown Augusta only took about 10 minutes. I would stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel to others. The only complaint that I had was that there was some loud car audio around midnight, but it was short lived.

Location. Alittle noisy in the morning because of trash truck. Overall this was a good value for the money. The hotel did not lend itself to wanting to stay there lounging about. So we got out and saw most of Augusta.

Our vacation travel took us through Augusta, where we spent the night before journeying on. We were very pleased by the accomodations at West Bank Inn. It was easy to find; night staff were cordial and attentive (we checked in late and night), the room was clean, attractive, and comfortable; breakfast was satisfactory; and the cost was reasonable. We would definitely stay here agin if our travels take us to Augusta in the future.

Wanted inexpensive motel for 2 day stay. Room size was okay. Room was not as clean as we like. Had to get iron from office. Only got two bath towels (as thin as paper towels). Next to major street and very noisy.

Clean, no smell. Basic. Delightful to stay in an inexpensive motel that is well kept. Wireless internet a nice bonus.

I was very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms come with wireless access, mini-fridge, and a microwave. We stayed for several days and the soaps and towels were stocked daily. They could improve by updating bathroom a little but overall a good experience.

Odd smell from room freshener. I went to golf and cared nothing about luxury accommodations, amenities, etc. Not an executive/VIP suite but it was perfect for me.

The location of this hotel is excellent; the interstate is right there; there are numerous restaurants to choose from. Nothing. The room was excellently cleaned, the staff were very friendly, and the continental breakfast was good (bagels and cream cheese included). One tip I would give is to drive out the back when leaving the parking lot if you need to cross traffic. The hotel is situated between two streets; by turning left on the street out back you will curve around and come to a stop light.
