The female receptionist was extremely courteous. There was left over trash either from a cleaner or previous occupant(s). Well located and very accessible to the major interstate highways and the airport.

Thought we were saving a bit and planned to leave our car at the hotel and take the shuttle to/from the airport. extra charge of $5/dayfor parking, no continental breakfast, so we ended up paying at least as much as a nicer hotel would have cost that included parking and breakfast. mediocre accomodations, at best. noisy with airport noise but the room unit fan masked it pretty well. pool was closed for repairs.

This hotel is old and smelly!!! No one ever answers the phone. I even had the online travel website try to contact the front desk for me and the front desk never picked up. My flight was delayed and instead of checking in at 10 , arrived at 2:00 .. I the room was old and dirty looking.. NEVER AGAIN!!! Next time I will stick to the big brand hotels not this cheap one.

Great front desk... Good coffee in room. Honest maids. Dirty carpet in halls... Very unreliable bus pickup service. Had problems with bus. When calling for pickup at the airport the desk would say it's on the way..." 25 to 45 minutes later it would show up. Since the hotel is only 5 minutes away where did they go? This happened 3 nights I stayed here. Two nights it was 10 degrees outside. Had I been told it would been this long I could and would have taken a cab or at least stood inside..."

Careful with this one. The rooms look at lot better in the pics than in person. I guess you get what you pay for.
